Is there a reason why he hacks at it so many times when he filets the fish? I was always taught the less strokes to filet the better , he cut atleast 100 times for 2 filet..
@@petwussy1864 it's the species of fish probably. It must have thicker bones, therefore, more hacking with the knife. Don't quote me I know nothing about cooking fish 😹

Richard Turner I catch those in 15 feet of water in oahu. They’re not considered desirable targets for spearfishers for whatever reason but I think they taste really good. They’re so easy to find and shoot.

沒想到 這種 馬鞭魚 可以長這麼大 我在南部 有 抓過 長度80公分左右，這一條 看起來有超過120公分 以後下海 沒有超過120的就不抓了 還魚 大到一定的程度 才抓 希望台灣 海洋能永續經營 不要為了 自己的自私 變成海洋的枯竭

沒想到馬鞭於能長到這麼大，太酷了。有一點很扯的是，是我的錯覺嗎？刀很不利ㄟ，雖然長形魚不好處理，但還是看得出來除了最後片刺身的刀尚可，之前的刀都很不利。
我也是第一次看到這麼大的馬鞭魚,這真的不容易處理,看很容易真的動手處理卻不是想像中的簡單.
這條很大，之前我買過一條應該是比這隻大一些，我煮湯哈！
