Braising seems really fancy but it is actually not hard at all! Join us as we braise some goat shanks with leeks and mushrooms over the fire. This is a simple one pot fire cooked meal you could make on any camping trip. Feed just a few people or your whole raiding party! It has a longer cook time but once its going it is easy to maintain and you can get to some other things at the same time! And who doesn't love an excuse to eat meat off the bone?
