Looks great! Just a word of advise, try to stay away from having your thumb on the top of the handle when hammering, it’ll save you from having a lot of pain in the future!

what things you use for quenching i mean earth plus powdered coal?
Nah, it's just used motor oil. I've never had any problems getting hard blades with it.
You should go free hand with your grinder
