That surface grinder is very interesting. Must be ancient...is it a stone wheel like a typical bench grinder has or can you change the abrasive, or can you change out the wheel? It almost looks like an easy build, maybe...
To What degrees do you cut the bevels and the swedge at? Not the cutting edge/bevel but the primary bevel and top swedge? Do you have a video on how to make the bevel angle jig?

I want to make a knife as a gift, but don't have all the equipment. Is there someplace to buy finished knife blades where all I have to do is add the handle?
Watching someone drill holding bare handed makes me cringe. After making 30 knives without incident I almost lost my thumb when the drill bit grabbed the blade and spun that blade into my hand. While I bled all over, the drill press then fired the blade across the garage. If the pointed end had hit me could have been the end. Now I only drill if work is clamped down or in a vise. A hard lesson learned 10 stitches and months to heal.
Very nice. That mosaic pin is awesome!

That looks great, can I have a template so I can make a similar one please?
Unfortunately, there is no template. All the knives I make, I draw on paper, and then throw away(

Stunning work! I love the handle. Kudos!

Of course, ready-made blades can most likely be bought from sellers who sell goods for knife manufacturers.

My opinion blade is perfect, stylish, nice mate, but handle is worst-case
Sorry , just my opinion
