    This Bundt cake was delicious!! Can you use the same recipe for cupcakes?

    • @FridaisKitchen
      @FridaisKitchen  23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Thank you so much! 🥰 This is a pound cake recipe and a little dense for cupcakes. I’d make cupcakes with it if I had leftover batter, but I wouldn’t make this batter for cupcakes. Here is a link to cupcakes I made using a box cake mix if interested.

    I cannot wait to make this!!!! Could I use my other Bundt pan? The one without the two pieces. It’s the smaller one with the ripples at the bottom.

    • @FridaisKitchen
      @FridaisKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Be sure to come back and let us know what you think! You can use the smaller pan, but you will likely have batter left over. You can bake the leftover batter using a cupcake pan. 😊

    I want to make this cake I couldn't find the biscoff cookie butter in the store, I see they have it online I only see they have the cookie butter spreads, unflavored bisscoff cookie butter which one do I get thanks 🤗

    • @FridaisKitchen
      @FridaisKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Any cookie butter spread will do. It does not have to be Biscoff. I’ve tried several different brands and they taste the same to me. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching! 🥰

    • @FridaisKitchen

      Hi! What happened to the cake to make you think sugar was an issue?

  • @pnut5066

    I made this same exact pound cake ...but the kids jumped around so much my cake fail! 😂😭🤣 Lbs...However...when I 1st creamed my cream cheese and butter then added the sugar I blended for bout 5-10 mins the sugar didn't blend completely....idk what I did wrong bc normally my pound cakes always turns out pretty good...

      Kids running through the house is a stressful thing when there is a cake in the oven! I have been there! 😂 Sometimes you can make a cake a thousand times and that one time it just doesn’t want to act right. Happens to the best of us! Lol

  • @FONSECASANDY1
    @FONSECASANDY1 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I tried making this 2 days in a row and both times the cake batter overflowed in the oven. The 2nd day I used about 3/4 of the batter but it still overflowed and failed. What could I be doing wrong? I used a Bundt pan

    • @FridaisKitchen
      @FridaisKitchen  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh no! What size Bundt pan are you using? Is it one with the ridges in it? I don’t know what size those are, but the ones I’ve encountered are on the smaller side and I rarely use them. If so, like you, I don’t add all the batter. The pan I used is 9.5x4 and I used all the batter when baking the cake.

    • @FONSECASANDY1
      @FONSECASANDY1 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@FridaisKitchen yes, mine is the one with the ridges in it. I just measured it and it fits 16 cups. I’m going to try it again using half of the batter or maybe just using a bigger pan.

    Maybe its my oven but 300 degrees for 90 minutes was not long enough... took it out without toothpick testing it and it collapsed😢😢. Making it over again now... 🤞
