I was hella tired, and I was beginning to doze off (because, middle-aged). Then all of the sudden I saw BAND-MAID walk on stage, I wasn't tired anymore. I didn't go to sleep until 3AM that night.
I love the way Saiki enters completely ignoring the audience, no smiles unlike the others. Turns her back on the crowd, drinks water, turns and they are hers never to be let go. A true gift.
Yep -- just oozing with attitude (she's also focusing too. She still gets quite nervous at the very beginning of a show). Saiki's mom used to run a small pub, and Saiki hung around it when she was a kid. She also sang a lot there too.

In many cases, you are swallowed up by the violent and overwhelming sound and become stunned. And this sound... it's much better than when they played in Japan. I can't believe there are still tickets left for the New Jersey leg of the US tour. I believe it's worth seeing them while you can. You never know when you'll see them again...
There are still tickets in New Jersey? That means that people in the US do not want to go to New Jersey. In San Francisco, there were a lot of people who were from thousands of miles away who flew in just to see BAND-MAID -- and some were from places closer to New Jersey. Sooo -- cancel New Jersey and come back to California???
