I don’t think so! You could enjoy it to the fullest the final few weeks of winter and use it sparingly/lightly during spring and fall. Even summer nights if it’s not too hot out! Then you’ll also get it to start macerating from feb and will develop and possibly become better for next winter!
Tbh what most people do is mistaking fragrances by particularly seasons just wear what you like don’t go for a fragrance for the season, smell one and if you like it you get it

If I were to spoil myself with a niche fragrance for my birthday in the middle of February, would it be too late to purchase a winter fragrance?
