@@antonioflores7917Layton clones are close enough to keep me from being able to justify buying the real deal now. Other PDM's, however, are still worth the sub $200 prices they are often available for at online discounter sales, IMO.... for now.
Thanks, Ash, for this awesome list!! I started missing some of the OG fragrances, what with all the recent 'clone' talks and hype!! Appreciate you circling back to the niche!!
My words exactly. I miss this type of video where Ash talks about fragrances he actually cares about. He's a worth of knowledge, way over qualified for the job of talking about clones and the flavor of the week designers. I understand and respect what he's doing now, it's just exciting to see the old style once in a while.
Designers are charging more than half of the niche houses now. I've been trying to find Someone Like You because people say it smells like a mojito. For affordable niche also look at Mancera's other half, Montale. Aoud Leather is a killer. Honey Aoud and Ristretto Cafe are also on my list.
You or Someone Like You is probably the best from the list as its my favorite long lasting freshie that beats other more expensive fragrances and also smells great. As for ormonde jayne, montabaco intensivo might be the best if only it was below usd100
Ash, as great as your Japanese is... how could you skip Mancera's Tonka Cola? That one is truly awesome. I also wonder what you'd make of French Riviera.
Well let's see I bought a bottle of pardon by nasamatto for like 90 bucks or so sometime last year from fragrance USA and I also bought a bottle of ani by nishane for I believe it was a little over a hundred bucks and I was able to buy a Xerjoff I believe it was called Apollonia for under $100 I want to say about 89 bucks so I've been lucky with some great niche fragrances over the past 2 years or so
Arancia di capri has a lovely scent profile but I get like 2hrs max with pretty low projection unfortunately. Got it for like $90cad ($60usd) so it is what it is
Great list, Ash. Very informative. Don't kown how the prices are for this house by you, (I'm in Germany), but how about , Cap d Antibes from Eight and Bob? One of my favourites.
i don´t know why, but Nishane is upper to 300 USD 100ml in Chile. a store was at 200 USD until last month. i don´t know if the brand set the ´price or the store.
Hey ash, do you still apply perfume even when your sick? In my case whenever i’m sick i hate spraying and smelling perfume. As a commoner ( lol😁 ) i probably have 10+ bottles in my stash and they’re in variety from fresh to niche etc and still i can’t find a scent that i like.
Please could you review perfume parlour. People have loved their fragrances here in the uk. Just want to know how they stack up against the other clones out there.
I don't ever hear people talk about Aoud Vanille from Mancera. It's become my 2nd fav from the house behind Red Tabacco. Everyone talks about Lune Feline from ADS, and they smell so similar. I actually prefer the Mancera, and its 1/4 of the price with better performance. It's got the Mancera Oud but with almost an Inito Side Effect vibe in there.. the vanilla isn't syrupy but not powdery.. it's f**in amazing with nuclear performance. I highly recommend trying ✌️
I bought blind Ormonde man some weeks ago,but not under € 100,- here in Europe. .I am very disappointed with the performance of this perfume. It is very weak, for me it is only present on the skin after about half an hour. The notes are also disappointing, just very flat, no depth
It's not the point is it design or niche, it's the point what patch the fragrance is, other words, older the better! ALL today's releases are WATER compared to the earlier decades produced ones. PERIOD.
Hmmmm.... he's not talking clones, but he IS talking niche fragrances that are less likely to be worn by elitist snobs. I really can't predict the reaponse of the niche bros on this one. It can go either way 😂
$100 for the so called cheap tier is not even close.; I think you are to use to purchasing based on your average cost. $35-$70 is what many of us prefer and can afford. Wake up 9pm!
Not inflation but specifically price gouging by vendors. I’m looking at you, Creed.
True
Creed is definitely not worth the money, not at all, honestly imho its not wroth more than $100
Pssshhh PDM too. I'm probably never gonna spend 500 bucks for Latan 😔

I scooped up Baraonda and Pardon from Maxaroma earlier this year for sub $100. Really enjoy both of them.
Me too 🙂
i cant believe Bois Imperial didnt make the list
Mancera Cedra Boise is my only niche fragrance in my collection. It really does pull compliments.

Guerlain homme and homme l'eau boisee are also said to smell like mojito, maybe you would like them.

Thanks for having a diverse list I’ve never tried any of these fragrances before and I’m looking forward to do so

Bois imperial by essential parfums is awesome for springtime.
Where I live Intense Cedrat Boise is currently cheaper than the OG. Thinking about scooping it up
No
Man some of these prices are crazy for niche fragrances. Especially under 65 bones. Wow!
Thank you Mancera and Montale. Great perfumes at a great price.

Great video with some great choices in there and I enjoyed it and have a blessed day
What about essenatial parfumes?
Arancia di capri has a lovely scent profile but I get like 2hrs max with pretty low projection unfortunately. Got it for like $90cad ($60usd) so it is what it is
Very sick of having all these 100ml bottles of stuff I will barely use. 20ml of most things will last me a decade.
Felt this

Ormonde Jayne, RARELY is under 100 bucks. Not sure where you're finding them so I'll call bs till you put up a link.
Great list and info, Ash!
Well done, and thank you! 😊👍
This is the perfect list for Joe Average !!
Nishane might be the best house atm.
Great video. I enjoyed seeing frags I hadn't seen or heard of before. Need more of this
One of the best niche and really affordable is Montale in uk loads of this niche are under £90
Here in France I never saw a Nishane of 50ml or Mancera 120ml under 100€
Ormond Man cost $250 in South Africa
Nishane cost between $350 & $580 dollars in South Africa.
i don´t know why, but Nishane is upper to 300 USD 100ml in Chile. a store was at 200 USD until last month. i don´t know if the brand set the ´price or the store.
Looked at lutens today was 300 usd approx
Nice video ASH
Just waste a little more money to buy the merchant of Venice vinegia 21. One of the best niche fragrances I have ever smelled. If not the best.
How is Nishane so cheap in the US? Here in Spain it’s about 300€ a bottle! I don’t get it, it’s an European brand
Probably the same reason Penhaligon's used to be $50 here.
@@phantomspaceman😳 Penhaglions used to be 50?
Whenever I see a Jacques Fath I don't have for cheap at Fragrancebuy, I blind buy it. Imaginary Authors has some great inexpensive frags.

This list is kinda amazing.
I would like to see a video where you don't limit the offerings to 1 house.

I never thought I'd hear a fragrance being described as a Mortal Kombat character.
I’m just starting out. Is there any nishane people recommend that doesn’t have patchouli?
Have you heard of Bruce buffers cologne?
Hey, if you could do a review of Dasien Winter trio of fragrances
10:33 try this if you want to smell like a funeral home 😂 this is in the bottom of the Nishane line
What? Sultan Vetiver is great!
The mancera is nothing like aventus. It smells very like the original formulation of Chanel allure homme
love the intro
Thought Ash was going 007 in the opening
Please review/visit Alfred Sung Homme, interested to know what you think about that one.
Still Life…has been out of stock forever!!!
Luv the title very much😅😅😅
Hard pass on the Serge Luten amber. That is a huge oregano bomb, and just ends up smelling like "old lady".
👍

Cheap is a very relative term. Some of these are still very expensive.
Cmon, no secretions magnifique?? 😅
👍👍👍👍
😂 Nice intro
Bro turned on the weeb for a second 💀💀💀
Stop it with the “ah-OOD”

can you review turathi blue
ASH going to need you to talk about Ride in the yellowstone line. Cheap but its a compliment getter!
