Although this movie obviously honours the talent that is Robbie Williams….can we all just take a moment for the gift that is Michael Gracey! He’s given us two of the most wonderful, inspirational, incredible movies of our lifetimes!
0:04, seeing that many people dancing in unison is so amazing to see. we're just so saturated with cgi, that seeing real people makes the scene so much more profound and valuable.
So glad you finally got your gumballs! This was an amazing number in a really great movie. I saw it 2 days ago and can't stop thinking about this film.
Great to see a bit of the behind the scenes, what a lot of work and it really paid off. Fantastic musical number and great film. Saw it last week for the first time and going again this week!!
I can appreciate the coordination, and the use of practical sets and props, BUT the editing makes this look like such a Fake looking scene! The camera movements are too perfect, it feels so mechanized and unnatural. The lens flares are not only distracting but also make the scene feel very digitized. This may look pretty, but it almost feels like it could've been done completely in CG, so the sequence overall just doesn't impress, it feels fake and uncanny.
Listen…I’m American AND BEFORE YOU START BOOING ME OFF OF THE YT COMMENTS SECTION (LOL), I’ve got something to say. Please hear me out. While, yes, it’s been a whole huge…”joke” I guess you’d call it (?) in the US and Britain that Americans have no clue who Robbie Williams is because he never quite “worked” or meshed with our Music Industry at the specific times his people tried to bring his music on over. I get it. In my opinion, lots of Americans are being MEAN about the whole thing on TikTok and I’ve noticed that most British people are in absolute SHOCK, awe and disgust to find out that so many of us don’t know him, his sort of “origin story”, the boy band he started singing with or the vast majority of his music 😬. I mean, we know that Angel song, but I’ll speak for myself in saying that when it came out I wasn’t old enough to care who sang what song. I just liked what I liked and THAT is a great song! But I digress and I promise I had a point! I think I’m going to go see the movie REGARDLESS of the flack it’s getting over here on the other side of the pond if not MERELY to pay homage to the Director, Michael Gracey, being someone I admire, trust with my movie-going experience and was in AWE of after watching The Greatest Showman!!!! That movie was and remains to be a MASTERPIECE!! I could (and do) watch it over and over again and I still laugh, cry and sing at the top of my lungs throughout the whole film. So if only for what looks like AMAZING choreography and visuals, I can’t see how it wouldn’t be worth a movie ticket to go check out. At best I like (maybe even love) the film and go forth…speaking my truth (LOLOL) OR I stand with Americans in their disdain for it. We shall see! DON’T LET ME DOWN, MIKEY!!!! 😂❤👏🤞
I only know of him as a solo artist and am actually a fan from my pre-teen/ teen years. Only knew he was an ex member of a British boy band after the fact. I think he didn't crossover as much because MTV and VH-1 had their own style I guess. I'm grateful my parents let me listen to a huge variety of music and when I was a kid/teen. This movie is fantastic though.
The "Rock DJ" number was my favorite in the entire movie. It's so propulsive, exciting, and incredibly choreographed. Fantastic!
A masterpiece of cinema. All the little details are incredible. Go see it if you haven't already. It deserves awards
Holy moly, what an experience this movie is! And this is absolutely the best musical scene ever, I mean ever in history! Sounds over-the-top? It is!

This film is a masterpiece❤
This rivals Wicked and Deadpool & Wolverine for best musical scene of the year
Wicked was super lazy and boring. One ok musical number but the rest was just two actors singing to each other. Better Man was on a different level!
He really needs to be on the list of directors for more movie musicals. His eye for spectacle is insane!!!!
I love this movie

Wow, can't believe there was no CG on the final shot of the dancers!
I already went and saw one of the early screenings yesterday, and this Regret Street scene doesn’t get than wackier then the chimp’s motion capture.

This scene was unbelievable
Saw it today. It totally works! I loved it!
Imagine if this guy directed wicked
Such a fun movie
surprised they used cgi for the christmas lights. I assumed they filmed it December 2023.
Did anyone notice the ladies on the mobility scooters with rain bonnets on were like identical to that scene in 1d’s Midnight Memories video???
Cost $110m. Made $15m.
