man this video kinda just makes me wish the modding community made a easy to use non modder vehicle/weapon editor tool for JC3 like how in worldbox theres a tool now were you can make your own mods without needing to have advanced knowledge and such same with BTD6 with the tower maker
What he is talking about is the end part of a constructor function that goes through all the files and assembles a vehicle and maybe even more stuff. It's permisive since it clearly doesn't do any checks for modifications and just assembles whatever its in those files for better or worse.
