For any of you curious about personality tests, MBTI isn’t really respected scientifically (though that’s not to say it doesn’t have its merits - at least in my opinion, especially in communicative power and in character writing). Also, the 16personalities test that is most often used as a MBTI test is also not a true MBTI test. Instead, it uses the Big-Five personality test (Openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism) which is essentially the only personality test that is viewed positively by science. 16personalities maps the scores of the Big-Five to what they think corresponds to them in the MBTI. Since MBTI has 4 criteria and not 5, that is why you have XYXY-A and XYXY-T subtypes (where being turbulent/assertive correspond to how neurotic you are - I believe). Another thing about MBTI is whether you are (for example) introvert rather than extrovert means you have the preference for introversion over extroversion; this emphasis on preference takes into account being capable of both and at times both - but the part that you “default” to is what is most salient. That is why two INTPs can be very different in terms of personality, it’s not an “either/or” framework (especially seeing how it is at all reasonable to group all personalities that could exist into only 16). And proponents of pure-MBTI (I believe) would argue that “typing” people into the 16 categories shouldn’t even be done via a test, let alone a self-administered survey.
Still accurate tho and im a lazy mf and i dont understand any qeustions that like ennegram tests ask, mabey take 1 when im like older bc im 15 rn, but what i do is look and read up on mbti personality types like the actual not people typed, the characters, and people typed with it and thats gone good, i just see no reason to have it fully accurate, someones always gonna be different, yeah we have the same type but differwnt tri type or whatever, irc i just wanna have the same as someone i love
This is all surface level mbti. personality database doesn't use the introverted vs extroverted et cetera stuff, so ted being typed as entj isn't because he's judging or thinking, it's about the preferred method of typing used by most mbti nerds, which is cognitive functions. You can be friendly and kind hearted by nature and still have thinking in the title, like how I'm an incredibly empathetic entp that was mistyped by that test as an infp. At the end of the day it's all a pseudoscience, but, if you want more accurate results, you can look into tests like mistype investigator
@@ryuseiyellow are you asking about me? I haven't quite delved too deep into enneagram myself, so I'm not sure. I'm still trying to wrap my head around cognitive functions, and don't know how I'd even figure out that sort of stuff 😭

as someone who is a philosophy student (unfortunately), the trolley problem that loops back around is a version of the original problem, that asks if its okay if we use someone as a means to an end. its very slightly different, but if you swap the tracks, the train running over the one person is used as a means to an end to save the five people, as if they werent there, the choice to change the path of the trolley would not matter, as it would kill the 5 people anyway
me and my friend are realizing that chuckle sandwich is just two white guys trying to figure out what to do with each other and it’s so relatable we were taking online tests the other day 😭🙏

Trolley problem: What if you pulled the lever wrong, derailing the train which then kills everyone on both sets of tracks as well as everyone on the train.
I heard if you roll a nat 20 in charisma, you'll be so charming they won't want to die. They'll desire to be your associate so badly that the trolley would bound greatly off their glistening abs and everyone will be saved. Just roll a nat 20... think you can manage it?
