(line in sketch is slightly off axis and may cause inaccuracies) Hello there, is there any way to fix this warning massage inside a family (created by Lookup Table)?? please any advice, its important to me, thank you
Hi Tnx for great content I have one question though, when I use the formula for Parameter Holes: size_lookup(Flange_CL_300, "Holes", 0, DN) Revit gives me the "inconsistent units" error, what seems to be the problem? It doesn't give the error for weight. I think its about that zero number, it has to have a unit after that, i.e. for dimensions it says 0 mm or for mass its 0 kg what is the unit for integer? thank u so much
@@MrSzuma15 I came up with a solution somehow, make a parameter called number of holes, make it common, length, then make a column in your excel with the same name , consisting the actual number of holes. now make parameter:holes again, this time in common, integer. at the end, for for formula, write down: nomber of holes / 1. it's done!
I´m putting the connectors in a part that is part of a family so, when I loaded it back into the family and then into a project, the connectors didn't show up. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
@@MEPEngineeringTutorials visibility is marked and i have also changed the category from generic model to hydrosanitary parts, but it still didn't work.
All parameters work except for holes DN 300, 8 holes remain, it is necessary to create a visibility parameter on the family nested holes DN 150/200 12 holes DN 250/300 16 holes Without forgetting to create 2 flanges 1 with 12 holes and another with 16 holes. depending on the DN 150 to 300 the 12 or 16 holes will be visible.
Wrong..in the hole creation, under holes, type in "size_lookup(file name, "Holes", 0, DN)...load onto you flange design and copy same formula in holes...That solves it
Hello guys, After alignments, while doing dimensions, I cannot label the parameter "J". The error is: Labeling this dimension would overconstrain the sketch. Can u tell me what the problem is?
I typed in [Holes##other##number] in the excel sheet, and [size_lookup(C110Flanges, "Holes", 0", FlngOD)] in the formula but it keeps saying inconsistent units. does anyone know why? all the other formulas worked just fine.
Great video just what i needed thanks
Congratulations!! great video, you got new suscriber
Very helpful. Please make more videos on mechanical family. Thanks
great one , thanks alot
Great U got new subscriber ✌️
Tq for this video, its very useful for me
Great post
Congrats!
Could you please show the complete head of column "I": Holes##other????
Complete head of column I is Holes##other##number

super teaching
Thats really helpful. Thank you sir
Great Video !! Just waiting for bolts to be added.
Thx for the video. Fyi. You can duplicate a parameter, then rename.
Good bro I love you 😘😘
iam trying to build CSV file to import it to revit but it always appears a massage that invalid value!! i got frustrated please can you help me???
Having the same problem please if you succed tell me where your mistake was
Have you ever made video for nut/bolt family for this flange what you mentioned at the end of the video?
Not yet but I have plan in future

Amazing
Hi waqas,
Please can you make a video on makeup water calculation. Or any can you please reply with a reference material for the same
Sure
Thanks🙂, bro
How do you add gasket size
how does your profile change shape after you first go to the 3d view?
Sehr gut👏

Tried to design flange family of 150 class, all wen ok, but holes cannot be aligned with flange dimensions, what error did i do
Hai sir
Can u share mep services notes
When I load my bolt hole family into the flange, bolt hole parameters do not appear. Does anyone know why these do not transfer over?
I'm stuck in the same step... anybody know what could be wrong?
Did you find any solution. I am also stuck in the same step@@Babaloo221069

Please check visibility graphics of that particular family. Visibility should be checked so that it should visible in your model

thanks a lot bro, it was really helpful. Is it possible to share this .Csv file? I do same things but revit doesn't accept.

try to select the line from its corner, when circle buble has flashed at the corner, not above the line. i had resolved with that
Impossible to parameter Axe frange-hole distance
but give the gasket connection in this flange

In revit: type of parameter: integer
