She needs more representation from influencers that know what they're doing. There's a reason people respect her damage potential. If there's actually any new players reading this; just know that with a rust and lvl 4 talents with a 2pc/2pc 18% atk setup you could do more dmg than was shown here... likely by lvl 60.
Lyney’s my main, I was hesitant at first with the Charged bow attack playstyle, but the more and more I use him, the more satisfying his front loaded damage is. Plus, with defensive options, he’s a lot more comfy and his damage makes up for the slot. More so with vertical investment. As much as I agree with the choice, Flip I think you just put him on top because he can work well on Cheveruse teams… and in turn Fischl 😂

It is crazy, though, to have so many pyro DPS already. With Natlan around the corner, dropping Arlecchino and Gaming during Fontaine feels like pitching any kind of Pyro DPS during Natlan is going to be a hard sell. There are other niches that could be filled out, and we need people other than Bennet and Xiangling, but there's no way the PYRO nation isn't going to have another pyro DPS drop
If only klee’s burst didn’t stop when she left field… everyone would want her if this was the case. She wouldnt even be OP and Xiangling may still be better so idk why hoyoverse didn’t do this
As much as Lyney strong and has nice frontloaded damage, CA bow DPS is the most terrible torture created by humanity so I'd always play Hu Tao over him.

Eh back during 1.X most TCers considered Ganyu to be the best DPS due to having essentially no caveats if you could aim. Lyney is the same way. It’s just that abyss/enemy design has grown more aggressive since then. There are definitely DPS now with fewer caveats than Lyney (Neuv, Raiden, Haitham, Navia) but none of them are pyro.

@@apostlerecap Kazuha burst can infuse with other elements that's the definition of not reliable, the circumstances can push you out of the circle, the reduced mobility because you're confined to the circle to deal your optimal damage is what makes what HotPeppeLala said true. Lyney for example has a quasi long duration on his burst and even tho the buff lingers for a bit if you're at the edge and get out you lose it by the end, that's not reliable. Hu Tao can hit multiple enemies with a well aimed CA but having to mind the circle makes it not reliable because you can't position yourself freely. To have a reliable AoE despite being dependent on Bennett you need a character that snapshots most of the damage and Xiangling isn't on this list so no one who is qualifies, is not about Kazuha is about the pyro DPS characters not being able to leave the circle without consequences.
I'd put Yoimiya in last too if I didn't know what a Yoimiya team looked like. That dmg in the background was dogwater. If you're going to say she's a bad unit at least invest enough to form an educated opinion. How do you even finish an attack chain (her last shot deals the most dmg) with 55k? You had Furina on your team, and that was after a swirl in a Kazuha ult. Edit: you forgot Dehya and still claim she's the worst pyro dps? Brother if you can't even take the time to do your own research to form an educated opinion, why bother making a video? Edit Edit: You ALSO included footage from a TikTok meme video of her tracking pre-patch that was fixed over a year ago. Edit x4: Yoimiya doesn't play circle impact and doesn't need Bennett because Yun-Jin AND Mika exist. Edit x5: You didn't even mention how f2p friendly she is. If that isn't ignorant enough, you also forgot that mobile exists. Units like her are far superior to more intensive units like Hu-Tao. Ayato is another example of this.
Geo Lyney with Zhongli and Chiori and Bennett is his best comfy team right now so that’s an option. It doesn’t do as well as his non shield teams but it’s good enough for abyss and very smooth to play.
Hot Take I think Yoimiya is not as bad as you make her out to be. Is she Single Target Locked? Oh absoluteley and It can be a problem BUT !!! Current Abysses have Floors where one Side is a Single Boss like the Current one with the Chicken, PMA and that Machine Thing and I think Hoyo will make more Abysses like these in the Future and Yoimiya will be a lot better of an Option than someone like Yanfei. She may not use Xianyun but Furina herself was a very good buff for her and she can use the Furina,Yelan core very well alongside Benny or any other Healer like Jean or Charlotte. Sure you kinda need an Shielder or be a God at Dodging (which is not that Hard tbh) but Its not as Bad of you mess up her ICD because if you build her right with Decent Artifacts even her Weaker hits can do good DMG. Also one Positive I think she has over for example is that she doesn't need any ER because her Burst Sucks Ass, while Yanfei desperately needs it. Just buff her with Supports and do your Normal attacks. So yeah like I said I dont think Yoimiya is as Bad as you say But I CAN understand your arguments :3. Isn't tao do more charged atks in the rotation than lyney in about the same duration also with fuuena cloud tao has aoe and hee team mates probably do more dmg than Lynne's also lynne requires a shield so he doesn't get interrupted while tao moves alot because of her playstyle also she have inherit intruption risstance so she doesn't want a shield Tbh i don't have Lynne i wish his sister was the 5 star pyro dps but i don't see how lynee takes number 1 spot over tao
When you gain some proficiency with him, you wont be needing a shielder as much anymore and if you use him in teams like lyney-furina vape…he can outdmg tao in shorter timeframe due to his massive frontload. He is perfect for speedrunner becuz he can both do consistent dmg and deal huge frontload to finish enemy for. In CN commu…when it comes to speedrun tournamnet he is the #2 most pick/ban (#1 is nevi ofc) Well, he is harder to pull off thou so general player (and maybe mobile player) wont be able to use him to his full potential.
google Klee c2 jokes aside, yoimiya is way too single target and has less synergy with Furina than Klee, who has a lot of synergy with Furina, practically giving 5 star amber a death sentence.

Yoimiya might be better than you think. Not saying her playstyle is not that bad because it is that bad. However she has high sheetdps with the assumption that enemy wont hit you 😂. About leyney and hu tao. Hu tao Being tied to vape isn't that important because the number of vape teams she has is actually quit big. And her playstyle isn't favorable to many but its still better than leyney. So i think she should be first. Also klee should be higher than diluc because she has more team options and not that reliat on an specific unit. About arlechino she has the highest team dps on spreadsheets for now(at c0). And her dmg is frontloaded. And all her consolations are good(other than c5). But she cant be healed which WILL cause problems for most people. Also she is much less reliant on doing full normal ATK combo than yoimiya. And why Bennet and Xiangling arent there btw?

I agree that Yoimiya has many issues however you shat on her for many things she shares with other characters in this list. All of these characters can be played without a shielder if you're good enough, the footage in this video shows it. The tracking issue would be more credible if you had shown new footage AFTER the adjustment. The lack of play optimization is a lie, that you can't pull it off is another thing, You say that everyone depends on bennett but isn't Yoimiya the only character here who has an actual alternative in Yun Jin? Some issues you mentioned with Arle are shared with Lyney. Finally there's one thing that Yoimiya has that no one else shares, she is the only 5* pyro DPS that isn't annoying to play, of course you could get good and learn how to cancel with Klee or how to chain Yanfei, CA cancels with Hu tao and what not but as of today she is the only character in this category that is actually friendly to the Genshin playerbase, remember that while you may have no issue making a good rotation followed by an specific combo most of the playerbase struggles to even breathe without drooling on themselves, so what's easier? Zhongli Hold E. Yelan/XQ Q-E, Yunjin Q-E. Yoimiya E and spam click. Or. Anyone else minding the VV/Bennett durations and with combos looking like this after the set up: CA jump cancel X5 NA X2 or CA X 3 Q, move around to hit the enemies E, repeat if you can or NACA jump cancel whatever amount of times Klee can do so? We have so many characters that are single target as fuck but the only one that gets shit is Yoimiya because when it comes to that suddenly everyone is a master at hitting multiple enemies with Hu Tao CA, we have so many characters that depend on specific ICD timings but she is the only one that gets shit because it's forgivable on others for no reason, we have so many characters that depend on shielders/IR to not be interrupted but let's give shit to Yoimiya because getting flung across the room as Lyney isn't as bad somehow. The difference between the best yoimiya team and the best Hu Tao team can be up to 20k DPS which is massive while offering less AOE. But yeah the tracking problem are overblown and they all get fucked over without defensive utility.
@@jijidu69right now its about 10k. Yoimiyas best team in the calcs I've seen is with chevy at 75k~ and the best hu tao team I've seen is around 83k although some people probably calc'd like 86k. It's not 20k blud.
and if she's not running a vape team she doesn't really give a fuck about ICD timings or even getting her full N5 combo because as raw damage goes she's got really consistent MVs across the whole string (so there goes the backloaded issue, too) Also, the gameplay optimization you mentioned involves dashing, which you can use to reposition her in Bennet's circle
This is basically whale investment furina-xianyun plunge tierlist. Also how can you get all characters in right team except yoimiya? All you did was slapping her in a whaled up double hydro team with no synergy whatsoever. Can't be any more misleading than this for majority of players. Yoi takes are mostly bad combined with awful team choice and investment, but this is so far the worst example I have seen, it's as if the player never plays Yoimiya before. Also animation cancel on yoi also existed from day one. It's not that learning cancels can improve Hu Tao a lot, she just sucks without cancelling.
Yoimiya's one of my favorite characters in the game and my favorite pyro character in general. Because of this, it genuinely HURTS how dirty they did her meta/gameplay wise. From Abysmal banner timings, sub-par kit, little to no buffs that push her beyond the rut she's currently in, can't use Xianyun, etc. I still love my firecracker and wouldn't abandon her for the world. But it certainly sucks when my favorite pyros (Yoi and Dehya) both are great characters but poor gameplay. I really hope she gets SOME sort of big buff in the future (characters, weapons, artifacts etc)
I'm sorry but Xiangling still a strongest Pyro DPS ever made here why: 1.She doesn't need to be onfield to does damage 2.She can vape avery "pyronado" hit with no ICD on it 3.She can buff onfield units with her cons 4.She can using any polearm with any stats 5.She free at the beginning of the game 6.She can snapshot with her burst that mean in 14s you have all buff to destroy everthing.
I mean every dps in the video are all onfield. Xiangling is great her utility strong but her most dmg comes from off-field pyronado. Sure she has no ICD but Lyney also has non. Basically speaking she is not doing more dmg onfield comparing to these top 3 spot. It is fine off-field she is still da best pyro comparing to Dehya, utility wise still use to this day > da best off-field pyro dps to this day.
Xiangling does not do the most damage in almost all of her teams. Whether it's with hu tao, neuvillette, lyney, klee, furina, wriothesley, cyno chev teams, raiden chev teams etc. She just isn't built like that. She is obviously the most valuable unit here but still. If we made a team built around maximising her damage, she might unironically score lower dps than even plundge spam teams.

XL is the best sub-dps but she could not replace a main dps role like hutao or lyney for example. Try making her stand on a prolong fight or without bennet and we shall see what will happen.

Yeah I agree. I think Lyney's damage is crazy. I actually got him BECAUSE of his damage, which I usually don't get characters solely for that. But his damage in the trial was CRAZY. My strongest character is still Itto though, for some reason. Bad artifact luck I guess.

1.Vape isnt the best reaction in the game 2. Hutao double geo is an ancient relic thats significantly worse than her VV vape or double hydro archetypes. With lyney, u can also use furina instead of one other Pyro character. Plus, XL is free and bennet is also free.

@@deltaspecies1697 besides bloom and transformative reactions like it, vape is actually some of the best for pyro dps cause it’s more consistent, on top of that double geo isn’t an accent relic that’s “worse” it’s still a good comp that makes up for the double hydro effect with the geo resonance, also furina allows bennet on a hu tao team as well, and water boy (i can’t spell his name) can also be obtained for free, even if you don’t choose him, pulling can get you one since he’s from launch basically

His pyrotechnic strike has a little bit of aoe, his skill hv decent aoe, and his burst has really good aoe. U would probably want a groupper like kazu or venti thou.
I know C6 Furina Dosen't Counts but her plunge vape is literally The Highest DPS and DPR in the Entire game even Surpassing Neuvillette himself (Btw im a C4R1 Neuvillette main so don't attack me) Her plunge vape Dmg on average is 1.4 Million per plunge and with a good build she can go 2 million, you can do 3-4 Plunges per rotation. So a good build C6 Furina with Key can do 6-8 Million DMG per rotation.

If we’re playing reset impact with lyney I don’t see how gaming isn’t on par with hu tao. Gaming has lots of skill expression by reacting to man chai and the mechanically intensive double swirl set ups. Gaming has more teams and does dps on par if not better than hu tao. Gaming has many easy f2p weapons and can run a full 4 star team and compete with hu tao and even surpass her in dps and abyss clears at equal investment. The main problem with gaming is that he’s inconsistent and hard to play but if u put lyney at the top who has those same problems I don’t see why you wouldn’t give the same privilege to gaming. Also obvious arle was better than u thought.
I know it's fun to hate on Yoi, and any resistance sounds like simping, but for the sake of the community: Yoimiya is the single most valuable pyro DPS by FAR. In every category she's probably a "B-" but she is the ONLY pyro DPS that can actually score in EVERY category. What I mean is a base Yoi team like the one I use of Zhongli, Fischl, and Yelan (or Xingqiu) can clear every floor of every abyss that ever came out. There is not a single other pyro DPS in the game that can do the same. Especially without using multiple S-tier 5*s such as Furina, Kazuha, and Xianyun. Flexibility is FAR more important than strength in Genshin because they love to cancel out characters with specific enemies that become unhittable to much of the cast. Don't care if people hate on her, strictly talking about account value for new players looking to get the most out of their pulls. If you want the most useful pyro DPS, it's not even close.
@@jy1178 Yes. If you've played the game since the beginning, this really shouldn't be controversial. Genshin designs the abyss to favor and occasionally directly nullify certain characters. These "nerfs" affect Yoimiya the least because of her DMG flexibility. That's really all I'm saying. Arlecchino is actually dethroning her, not because she does a ton more DMG like many other DPS, but because she's nearly equally flexible about how and when she can do it.

@@jy1178 I assume that if the stars align every DPS can clear every floor of the abyss, but 9 out of 10 runs will be a reset when the enemy is uncooperative. The abyss is nearly entirely about timing and positioning and the enemies deliberately do things to mess those two situations up. How does Hu Tao, Klee, or Diluc knock the Robot Chicken out of the sky for example? Flexibility: -apply pyro without wasting their DPS rotation -do damage without wasting their DPS rotation -consistently hit specters and flying mobs -kill pyro specters solo -break a pyro shield in mono pyro -kill 15 doggos without Kaz, Venti, or Bennett -deal with the 4 ruin robots no matter where they teleport -hit the geo dog boss with max DPS his no matter which move he starts with -doesn't need to reset because of getting pushed out of Bennett's circle -doesn't need to reset because the enemy sprinted away from Bennett's circle -apply pyro fast enough to kill multiple abyss lecters. -doesn't need burst/particles/feeder There's more, but I really can't remember all of the abyss cycles and I think you get the point. Some other pyro characters have some of these traits, but Yoi has ALL of them. So, any complication that would force a reset OR force them to add a very specific teammate does not affect her teams. That's what I mean by account value.

This is a tier list that I can fully agree with. I built 5 of these pyro DPS who do the same thing, and i thought diluc would be as fun to use as gaming, but hell no, damn wrong i was. Maybe i just suck at playing him, his team is clunky to use, slow at clearing mobs, inconsistent vape, and low damage. I can totally see why my C3 diluc is a waste of teyvat's oxygen, top 3% with serpant spine on akasha btw. NGL, although i dont have yoimiya, i think he deserves to be below her (for gameplay experience).
I think saying hu tao's tied to vape is not that accurate, it's devinitely her best archetype but she's still really good in mono pyro/chevy teams, you included gaming's mono pyro and chevy teams sooo ...

@@xxx_lolidestroyer69_xxxuwu58 while it is true that she has relatively low -50% uptime even in bennettless chevy teams, she does get to run mh wich does close the gap a bit and gets to have good sub dps characters like xiangling and fishcl, i've personnaly prefered playing her chevy teams over gaming's against bosses but there is a case to be made that it's because my hu tao's c1, also if you prefer sims, there are pretty high dpr teams at low investment for chevy hu tao that match some of her furinaless teams

It is crazy, though, to have so many pyro DPS already. With Natlan around the corner, dropping Arlecchino and Gaming during Fontaine feels like pitching any kind of Pyro DPS during Natlan is going to be a hard sell.

Eh back during 1.X most TCers considered Ganyu to be the best DPS due to having essentially no caveats if you could aim. Lyney is the same way. It’s just that abyss/enemy design has grown more aggressive since then. There are definitely DPS now with fewer caveats than Lyney (Neuv, Raiden, Haitham, Navia) but none of them are pyro.

@@apostlerecap Kazuha burst can infuse with other elements that's the definition of not reliable, the circumstances can push you out of the circle, the reduced mobility because you're confined to the circle to deal your optimal damage is what makes what HotPeppeLala said true.
Lyney for example has a quasi long duration on his burst and even tho the buff lingers for a bit if you're at the edge and get out you lose it by the end, that's not reliable.
Hu Tao can hit multiple enemies with a well aimed CA but having to mind the circle makes it not reliable because you can't position yourself freely.
To have a reliable AoE despite being dependent on Bennett you need a character that snapshots most of the damage and Xiangling isn't on this list so no one who is qualifies, is not about Kazuha is about the pyro DPS characters not being able to leave the circle without consequences.

Current Abysses have Floors where one Side is a Single Boss like the Current one with the Chicken, PMA and that Machine Thing and I think Hoyo will make more Abysses like these in the Future and Yoimiya will be a lot better of an Option than someone like Yanfei.
She may not use Xianyun but Furina herself was a very good buff for her and she can use the Furina,Yelan core very well alongside Benny or any other Healer like Jean or Charlotte.
Sure you kinda need an Shielder or be a God at Dodging (which is not that Hard tbh) but Its not as Bad of you mess up her ICD because if you build her right with Decent Artifacts even her Weaker hits can do good DMG.
Also one Positive I think she has over for example is that she doesn't need any ER because her Burst Sucks Ass, while Yanfei desperately needs it. Just buff her with Supports and do your Normal attacks.

When you gain some proficiency with him, you wont be needing a shielder as much anymore and if you use him in teams like lyney-furina vape…he can outdmg tao in shorter timeframe due to his massive frontload. He is perfect for speedrunner becuz he can both do consistent dmg and deal huge frontload to finish enemy for. In CN commu…when it comes to speedrun tournamnet he is the #2 most pick/ban (#1 is nevi ofc) Well, he is harder to pull off thou so general player (and maybe mobile player) wont be able to use him to his full potential.

Yoimiya might be better than you think. Not saying her playstyle is not that bad because it is that bad. However she has high sheetdps with the assumption that enemy wont hit you 😂. About leyney and hu tao. Hu tao Being tied to vape isn't that important because the number of vape teams she has is actually quit big. And her playstyle isn't favorable to many but its still better than leyney. So i think she should be first. Also klee should be higher than diluc because she has more team options and not that reliat on an specific unit.
About arlechino she has the highest team dps on spreadsheets for now(at c0). And her dmg is frontloaded. And all her consolations are good(other than c5). But she cant be healed which WILL cause problems for most people. Also she is much less reliant on doing full normal ATK combo than yoimiya.
And why Bennet and Xiangling arent there btw?

All of these characters can be played without a shielder if you're good enough, the footage in this video shows it.
The tracking issue would be more credible if you had shown new footage AFTER the adjustment.

Finally there's one thing that Yoimiya has that no one else shares, she is the only 5* pyro DPS that isn't annoying to play, of course you could get good and learn how to cancel with Klee or how to chain Yanfei, CA cancels with Hu tao and what not but as of today she is the only character in this category that is actually friendly to the Genshin playerbase, remember that while you may have no issue making a good rotation followed by an specific combo most of the playerbase struggles to even breathe without drooling on themselves, so what's easier?

We have so many characters that are single target as fuck but the only one that gets shit is Yoimiya because when it comes to that suddenly everyone is a master at hitting multiple enemies with Hu Tao CA, we have so many characters that depend on specific ICD timings but she is the only one that gets shit because it's forgivable on others for no reason, we have so many characters that depend on shielders/IR to not be interrupted but let's give shit to Yoimiya because getting flung across the room as Lyney isn't as bad somehow.
Then these same content creators go onto another video saying that Neuvillette C1 isn't needed to just play him with a shielder or dodge, pick a lane, are your viewers stupid or capable? is this video aimed at what skill bracket exactly? because most of what you despict here isn't exactly something that little timmy on a 2017 tablet could pull off but somehow it's still a negative on Yoimiya to be easier to play?
Sorry for the essay but I don't get the hypocrisy, and it's not only on Yoimiya but every single character here, I'm not even sure if saying she is the lowest DPS among all of these is accurate but as someone who has every single character here abyss ready (Arle on the way as well) I can tell you that half of the issues aren't real and the other half are shared.

The difference between the best yoimiya team and the best Hu Tao team can be up to 20k DPS which is massive while offering less AOE. But yeah the tracking problem are overblown and they all get fucked over without defensive utility.

Also, the gameplay optimization you mentioned involves dashing, which you can use to reposition her in Bennet's circle
This is basically whale investment furina-xianyun plunge tierlist. Also how can you get all characters in right team except yoimiya? All you did was slapping her in a whaled up double hydro team with no synergy whatsoever. Can't be any more misleading than this for majority of players. Yoi takes are mostly bad combined with awful team choice and investment, but this is so far the worst example I have seen, it's as if the player never plays Yoimiya before.
Also animation cancel on yoi also existed from day one. It's not that learning cancels can improve Hu Tao a lot, she just sucks without cancelling.
Yoimiya's one of my favorite characters in the game and my favorite pyro character in general. Because of this, it genuinely HURTS how dirty they did her meta/gameplay wise. From Abysmal banner timings, sub-par kit, little to no buffs that push her beyond the rut she's currently in, can't use Xianyun, etc.
I still love my firecracker and wouldn't abandon her for the world. But it certainly sucks when my favorite pyros (Yoi and Dehya) both are great characters but poor gameplay. I really hope she gets SOME sort of big buff in the future (characters, weapons, artifacts etc)

I'm sorry but Xiangling still a strongest Pyro DPS ever made here why:
1.She doesn't need to be onfield to does damage
2.She can vape avery "pyronado" hit with no ICD on it
3.She can buff onfield units with her cons
4.She can using any polearm with any stats
5.She free at the beginning of the game
6.She can snapshot with her burst that mean in 14s you have all buff to destroy everthing.
I mean every dps in the video are all onfield. Xiangling is great her utility strong but her most dmg comes from off-field pyronado. Sure she has no ICD but Lyney also has non. Basically speaking she is not doing more dmg onfield comparing to these top 3 spot. It is fine off-field she is still da best pyro comparing to Dehya, utility wise still use to this day > da best off-field pyro dps to this day.
Xiangling does not do the most damage in almost all of her teams. Whether it's with hu tao, neuvillette, lyney, klee, furina, wriothesley, cyno chev teams, raiden chev teams etc. She just isn't built like that. She is obviously the most valuable unit here but still. If we made a team built around maximising her damage, she might unironically score lower dps than even plundge spam teams.

Her plunge vape Dmg on average is 1.4 Million per plunge and with a good build she can go 2 million, you can do 3-4 Plunges per rotation. So a good build C6 Furina with Key can do 6-8 Million DMG per rotation.

If we’re playing reset impact with lyney I don’t see how gaming isn’t on par with hu tao. Gaming has lots of skill expression by reacting to man chai and the mechanically intensive double swirl set ups. Gaming has more teams and does dps on par if not better than hu tao. Gaming has many easy f2p weapons and can run a full 4 star team and compete with hu tao and even surpass her in dps and abyss clears at equal investment. The main problem with gaming is that he’s inconsistent and hard to play but if u put lyney at the top who has those same problems I don’t see why you wouldn’t give the same privilege to gaming. Also obvious arle was better than u thought.
Gaming has powerful melt teams that absolutely destroy the abyss at zero cost.

I know it's fun to hate on Yoi, and any resistance sounds like simping, but for the sake of the community:
Yoimiya is the single most valuable pyro DPS by FAR. In every category she's probably a "B-" but she is the ONLY pyro DPS that can actually score in EVERY category. What I mean is a base Yoi team like the one I use of Zhongli, Fischl, and Yelan (or Xingqiu) can clear every floor of every abyss that ever came out.
There is not a single other pyro DPS in the game that can do the same. Especially without using multiple S-tier 5*s such as Furina, Kazuha, and Xianyun.
Flexibility is FAR more important than strength in Genshin because they love to cancel out characters with specific enemies that become unhittable to much of the cast.
Don't care if people hate on her, strictly talking about account value for new players looking to get the most out of their pulls. If you want the most useful pyro DPS, it's not even close.

@@jy1178 Yes. If you've played the game since the beginning, this really shouldn't be controversial. Genshin designs the abyss to favor and occasionally directly nullify certain characters. These "nerfs" affect Yoimiya the least because of her DMG flexibility. That's really all I'm saying.
Arlecchino is actually dethroning her, not because she does a ton more DMG like many other DPS, but because she's nearly equally flexible about how and when she can do it.
@@nottyseel949 there have been zero abyss cycles that Yoimiya can do and the other pyro dps characters cannot though, I don't get what flexibility you speak of. They all play in pretty much the same teams.
@@jy1178 I assume that if the stars align every DPS can clear every floor of the abyss, but 9 out of 10 runs will be a reset when the enemy is uncooperative. The abyss is nearly entirely about timing and positioning and the enemies deliberately do things to mess those two situations up.
How does Hu Tao, Klee, or Diluc knock the Robot Chicken out of the sky for example?
Flexibility:
-apply pyro without wasting their DPS rotation
-do damage without wasting their DPS rotation
-consistently hit specters and flying mobs
-kill pyro specters solo
-break a pyro shield in mono pyro
-kill 15 doggos without Kaz, Venti, or Bennett
-deal with the 4 ruin robots no matter where they teleport
-hit the geo dog boss with max DPS his no matter which move he starts with
-doesn't need to reset because of getting pushed out of Bennett's circle
-doesn't need to reset because the enemy sprinted away from Bennett's circle
-apply pyro fast enough to kill multiple abyss lecters.
-doesn't need burst/particles/feeder
There's more, but I really can't remember all of the abyss cycles and I think you get the point. Some other pyro characters have some of these traits, but Yoi has ALL of them. So, any complication that would force a reset OR force them to add a very specific teammate does not affect her teams. That's what I mean by account value.

Everything else you wrote is cope lol literally every pyro dps can deal with all of those situations just as good, and most often better than Yoimiya.
This is a tier list that I can fully agree with.
I built 5 of these pyro DPS who do the same thing, and i thought diluc would be as fun to use as gaming, but hell no, damn wrong i was. Maybe i just suck at playing him, his team is clunky to use, slow at clearing mobs, inconsistent vape, and low damage. I can totally see why my C3 diluc is a waste of teyvat's oxygen, top 3% with serpant spine on akasha btw. NGL, although i dont have yoimiya, i think he deserves to be below her (for gameplay experience).

I think saying hu tao's tied to vape is not that accurate, it's devinitely her best archetype but she's still really good in mono pyro/chevy teams, you included gaming's mono pyro and chevy teams sooo ...
Mono pyro she's worse than her contenders and her damage isn't as great and chev teams go against her entire kit.

@@jonathanettinger3104 Chev heals her. Sure Xianyun/Furina archetype exists but their dmg bonus *kinda* compensates HT's 33% Pyro DMG loss
@@xxx_lolidestroyer69_xxxuwu58 while it is true that she has relatively low -50% uptime even in bennettless chevy teams, she does get to run mh wich does close the gap a bit and gets to have good sub dps characters like xiangling and fishcl, i've personnaly prefered playing her chevy teams over gaming's against bosses but there is a case to be made that it's because my hu tao's c1, also if you prefer sims, there are pretty high dpr teams at low investment for chevy hu tao that match some of her furinaless teams

You had to not include xiangling because we all know, in hearts of hearts Xiangling is the pyro archon (the best dps)and her only competition is a C6 benny with jade cutter

I guess I'm not wrong with investing yanfie as my Main DPS as starter Paired with Kazuha makes her AOE more accurate.
Hey Flip do you think you're gonna do this for electro characters at some point? They're also kinda dps orientated and I think it'd be interesting. Probably best for after 2.7 comes out with Sethos and Clorinde coming.
