In the modern bjj game the use of lapels has become more and more prevalent in competitions, this is in part due to the success that Keenan Cornelius (among others) has had with it. One of the main forms of lapel guard is worm guard and in this video I go over some of my favorite counters both early and late stage to help you deal with this tricky and annoying guard to pass.
