I've been induced 3 times, and Pitocin definitely makes the contractions hurt more. I love how supportive and attentive Quan is. Rissa will need all the help and support she can get after having a c-section. She won't be able to lift anything heavier than 10lbs for at least 8 weeks. Congratulations on baby boy #2!
I think Rissa is so good at allowing Quan talk when he wants to add his input. That’s really hard to do, but she just carry on the conversation with no hesitation or animosity towards Quan even when he speaks over her in excitement.

My sister is a labor and delivery nurse and we HATE pitocin! it contracts the baby too much to where the baby can’t catch it’s breath and then the heart rate drops therefore it leads to a c-section. Glad you had a safe one though!
True I had my son by C Section in 2020 October 25th. Was in hospital for 3 days, then I had to go to C Section, lol. In January and March of 2023, I had 2 miscarriages. And I can do it once again for beautiful babies. She is a strong and absolutely amazing mother.
@@BlTCHBREATHE I agree 10000%. My OB was a rude d!ckhead tho. She induced me 5 days before my due date, bc I had high bp the one time. I was in full blown labor for FIVE DAYS, and I finally caved and asked for a c section bc I hadn’t dilated passed a 5 & they broke my water hours before and he pooped too, she ripped my iv out and blood was gushing outta my arm, then ripped the monitors out of my vagina, and made me put the betadine(I think) all over myself, BY MYSELF. she was just disrespectful and rude & literally traumatized me & ruined my whole entire birth plan. She also ruined me breastfeeding, I had got an infection on my c section incision where she didn’t remove everything & obviously has to be put on antibiotics & she told me I couldn’t breastfeed while on antibiotics, which is a straight up lie. I wanted to keep my son’s umbilical cord attached until it was white & I wanted to keep my placenta, she told me it was impossible. But I believe w/ my whole heart if she would have waited I could have had a vaginal delivery.

I definitely understand the tears and anxiety and worry. I was traumatized by my c section and I felt like I failed I didn’t have a support system with either of my pregnancies and was in the hospital alone most of the time. Rissa you are so blessed to have such a great support system with all things. You having a C-section is not a failure, trust. You didn’t do anything, the baby just decided it wanted to twist around and get itself into a some trouble. Kids are crazy, even in the womb what matters is the baby is safe and healthy and you are safe and healthy as well🫶🏾🫶🏾

Went through this with my baby girl. My first pregnancy and she's a year old now. Its really scary to go through this and moms going through c section sometimes feel like their bodies couldnt do what its supposed to when in actual fact its the complete opposite. Aweeeeee!! There is nothing wrong with having a C Section! When I was pregnant with my Daughter back in 2008 I was also induced and her oxygen kept dropping which led to me having to have an emergency C Section. She was born early and was only 4 pounds she also stopped breathing in my arms and died at 8 months old. Hardest thing I’ve ever went through, but I’m sooooo happy for you Rissa & Quan congratulations and thank god baby boy is healthy! I’m in tears bc it reminded me of my c section. I also had to get induced. My son’s heart rate dropped as well and my placenta detached. I was bleeding internally. Me and my son could’ve died but we didn’t thanks to God. Rissa you are a STRONG mama. Though it may be difficult, YOU GOT THIS. Your boys are lucky to have you as a mom. Prayers out to y’all. 💙
Glad you guys made it. My son was born still due to placenta rupture. I had to push him out naturally... I bled out at home before the ambulance arrived and my blood pressure dropped so low after having him because I was losing so much blood. I was basically code blue. I had to have a blood transfusion and white blood cells... I'm glad that I made it because I had small children at home at the time.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RUSH RECOVERY!!!! No matter how well Rissa feels, there are SERIOUS risks. Blood clots can form even months later. So, please remain vigilant & careful. Not to scare or ruin this joyful time, this is just out of genuine love for you guys. I lost my cousin 5 months after delivery, related to the birth. It takes a woman a full year to really heal from delivery. Take ALL of that time after your C-Section. I love you guys 💕

This was so emotional. You are so strong and I’m glad everything went well. When I had my first the cord was wrapped around his neck but not until I started pushing so the doctor was able to unwrap the cord once he saw it and I was able to finish pushing and safely deliver. I was so emotional watching this because I just I had my 3rd 2 months ago so all of this is so fresh. I wish you a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see your beautiful baby boy ❤

I've been induced 3 times, and Pitocin definitely makes the contractions hurt more. I love how supportive and attentive Quan is. Rissa will need all the help and support she can get after having a c-section. She won't be able to lift anything heavier than 10lbs for at least 8 weeks. Congratulations on baby boy #2!
I think Rissa is so good at allowing Quan talk when he wants to add his input. That’s really hard to do, but she just carry on the conversation with no hesitation or animosity towards Quan even when he speaks over her in excitement.

My sister is a labor and delivery nurse and we HATE pitocin! it contracts the baby too much to where the baby can’t catch it’s breath and then the heart rate drops therefore it leads to a c-section. Glad you had a safe one though!

True I had my son by C Section in 2020 October 25th. Was in hospital for 3 days, then I had to go to C Section, lol. In January and March of 2023, I had 2 miscarriages. And I can do it once again for beautiful babies.

@@BlTCHBREATHE I agree 10000%. My OB was a rude d!ckhead tho. She induced me 5 days before my due date, bc I had high bp the one time. I was in full blown labor for FIVE DAYS, and I finally caved and asked for a c section bc I hadn’t dilated passed a 5 & they broke my water hours before and he pooped too, she ripped my iv out and blood was gushing outta my arm, then ripped the monitors out of my vagina, and made me put the betadine(I think) all over myself, BY MYSELF. she was just disrespectful and rude & literally traumatized me & ruined my whole entire birth plan. She also ruined me breastfeeding, I had got an infection on my c section incision where she didn’t remove everything & obviously has to be put on antibiotics & she told me I couldn’t breastfeed while on antibiotics, which is a straight up lie. I wanted to keep my son’s umbilical cord attached until it was white & I wanted to keep my placenta, she told me it was impossible. But I believe w/ my whole heart if she would have waited I could have had a vaginal delivery.

I definitely understand the tears and anxiety and worry. I was traumatized by my c section and I felt like I failed I didn’t have a support system with either of my pregnancies and was in the hospital alone most of the time. Rissa you are so blessed to have such a great support system with all things. You're not alone my mom had to get and C section with me cause my cord kept wrapping around my neck so they had to get me or else I would have not been here. She definitely had post partum depression but I'm grateful

Went through this with my baby girl. My first pregnancy and she's a year old now. Its really scary to go through this and moms going through c section sometimes feel like their bodies couldnt do what its supposed to when in actual fact its the complete opposite. Aweeeeee!! There is nothing wrong with having a C Section! When I was pregnant with my Daughter back in 2008 I was also induced and her oxygen kept dropping which led to me having to have an emergency C Section. She was born early and was only 4 pounds she also stopped breathing in my arms and died at 8 months old. Hardest thing I’ve ever went through, but I’m sooooo happy for you Rissa & Quan congratulations and thank god baby boy is healthy! Wishing Rissa a speedy recovery & thank you for sharing this beautiful video with all of us! ❤

I’m in tears bc it reminded me of my c section. I also had to get induced. My son’s heart rate dropped as well and my placenta detached. I was bleeding internally. Me and my son could’ve died but we didn’t thanks to God. Rissa you are a STRONG mama. Though it may be difficult, YOU GOT THIS. Your boys are lucky to have you as a mom. Prayers out to y’all. 💙
Glad you guys made it. My son was born still due to placenta rupture. I had to push him out naturally... I bled out at home before the ambulance arrived and my blood pressure dropped so low after having him because I was losing so much blood. I was basically code blue. I had to have a blood transfusion and white blood cells... I'm glad that I made it because I had small children at home at the time.
Congratulations. I am glad the healing process has began and it was a healthy delivery. You guys are amazing parents, and an awesome couple. Keep loving each other, its an enlightenment the world needs to see and reflect on.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RUSH RECOVERY!!!! No matter how well Rissa feels, there are SERIOUS risks. Blood clots can form even months later. So, please remain vigilant & careful. Not to scare or ruin this joyful time, this is just out of genuine love for you guys. I lost my cousin 5 months after delivery, related to the birth. It takes a woman a full year to really heal from delivery. Take ALL of that time after your C-Section. I love you guys 💕

This was so emotional. You are so strong and I’m glad everything went well. When I had my first the cord was wrapped around his neck but not until I started pushing so the doctor was able to unwrap the cord once he saw it and I was able to finish pushing and safely deliver. I was so emotional watching this because I just I had my 3rd 2 months ago so all of this is so fresh. I wish you a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see your beautiful baby boy ❤
