I chop up my cabbage and lput it in the freezer overnight and it is easier to manage to cook..
Which version of Redmond salt do you use in your wooden container? I went on the website and there are a lot of options…
I use the fine salt regularly (that’s what is in my wood salt cellar). I have the course as well, that I use for brines or curing meat. But the fine and flavored salts are my daily go-to. Thank you!
