Greetings from Tennessee. The yellow piece at the very beginning that you had no idea what it is is actually an automatic chainsaw chain sharpener. You attach it to the end of your chainsaw and while the chain is running you push the plunger against the ground and it's got a sharpening stone in it that sharpens your chain on-the-fly.

Biltong is a high-protein, low-carb snack made from dried meat, salt, vinegar, and spices. It’s similar to jerky but with different production methods and flavors. Notably, certain types of biltong may be made from fatty cuts of meat, whereas jerky is almost always made from very lean cuts of beef12. Biltong in its most basic form is a dried steak. This opens up the opportunity for people to enjoy biltong wet (or rare), medium, or well-done (hard). Conversely, jerky uses heat from a dehydrator or an oven to make which means the texture is usually a bit drier than biltong and doesn’t have as much variety as biltong

What Is Biltong? As you probably know, jerky is sliced meat that's marinated in various spices and then cooked with heat. It's dry and chewy in the best ways possible. Biltong, on the other hand, is shredded meat that's cured in vinegar and air dried, making it softer and saltier.😋

Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat which originated in Southern African countries (South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia). Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef to game meats such as ostrich or kudu. The cut may also vary being either fillets of meat cut into strips following the grain of the muscle, or flat pieces sliced across the grain. It is related to beef jerky; both are spiced, dried meats; however the typical ingredients, taste, and production processes may differ.
