    Is there any video out here that shows how to install coilies as Is? As in not removing anything but just fit them the way the are,some of us aren't really looking for lows.

      It's exactly the same process just don't remove the helper springs.

    Hey bro , if you take out the helper springs and keep the fenders standard... will you still be able to turn normal?

      And how is the ride without the helper springs?

      If you're going to max out the coilover and go the lowest it allows you then you will have to roll your fenders or else the fender will rub on the tire and get damaged another thing you should be careful of when maxing out the coilover is that your steering rack arm will rub on your chassis arm unless c notched.

      @delvinsafers3930 this depends in the brand of coilover you are using if it is a higher end coilover then you won't have a "bouncy" or "harsh" ride but another thing to remember with one way adjustable coilovers is that the lower you go the harder your ride will get.

    No drop links?

    • @supermancustoms
      @supermancustoms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      On the mk1 golf's they don't use drop links but in newer cars like vw polos and so on they take a shortened drop link to go with the coilover kit

      @@supermancustoms are you absolutely sure buddy? Is the lack of drop links not detrimental to the stability of the car?.

    • @supermancustoms
      @supermancustoms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@medicineman7461 yes absolutely sure as older model cars do not have sway bars so we cannot connect drop links but on my personal vehicle in the video I have an after market lower stabilizer bar which helps my vehicle stay sturdy at high speeds I will show you this in a future video👌🏼

      @@supermancustoms oh was it not a hassle fitting one? I own a 2009 CitiRox and i never knew these babies never came with sway bars lol. It's on lowering springs and its pretty stable even at high speeds

      @@medicineman7461 no they fit from one end of the control arm to the other side it's a simple installation you should consider changing to coilies I had lowered springs on my 07 velociti and once I went static I loved it so much that even now that she's gone I made the project car static as well 👀
