Ramps and bumps aren't any issue depending on how steep the ramp or big the bump. Now you don't want to be jumping curbs with this unit. You would want to use the curb cuts instead for a safe transition to and from sidewalks.

That tag saying stop as it states is telling you to register the unit but we do all of that before shipping it out to the customer. The chair will move in the reclined position.

This unit is a reclining back only. The legs are stationary. There are no folding chairs that I know of on the market that have leg functions because the extra motors on the unit to control the legs would make the unit too heavy and would need a battery larger than is airline approved.

How does it do going on a ramp, bumps, curbs, etc

I notice on the chair back rest there is a warning sign saying stop. Is it telling you that the chair cannot be driving in the recline position?

Can the backup beep be turned off?
Hold the + and - button down at the same time. Amber light to middle...tap - one more time. Restart controller. Hope that helps!
Is it height adjustable?
The ground to seat height on this chair is standard at 20" and is not adjustable. Hope this helps!
Does it only recline the back? And not the feet/ legs? I am looking for something like this, but need for the feet to recline.
