The crazy thing about Kuznetsov is that it's probably the worst ship in it's class. Ukraine sold Varyag to China in the 2000s and it's had a pretty incident-free career, and China completed their own called Shandong which has also been doing alright. Also weird to think that the USSR was only a few years away from having a proper nuclear catapult carrier with Ulyanovsk. Alas just another thing lost in the collapse.

You know.... 20 years after it was launched. US Zumwalt broke down weeks after launch. QE Carriers broke down twice not even a few years after launch. Littoral ships literally started cracking apart.

For Kirow-class they use an other dock in Sewerodwinsk, you can have a look at Nachimow inside that dock if you go on the maps thing that comes with Bing ad not google. On both of these you can also see the empty dock in murmansk they used for Kusnezow, on Bing maps it's still being built, on google maps Kusnezow already left it. In 2022 you could actually see Kusnezow inside the dock. I think Kusnezow will get back in service, i mean they modernized it since 2018, so not getting it back in service would be like throwing a lot of money away. Liaoning does have an entirely different native propulsion system. Not only is it very visually different, even down to the exhaust funnel, but the Liaoning also has a high top speed, being about 10% faster than the Kuznetsof.

(one Su-33 managed to outmaneuver 2 israeli fighters) and even later they are still very good imo, it requires a lot more skill to be a navy pilot. I think one Mig-29K crashed back then when they attacked syrian terrorists too and i don't know the reason for it, but calling Su-33 pilots unskilled is like calling the F-22 the worst fighter ever made.(I wouldn't say it's the best, but still) Also i think it should have R-27EM, since it's the main missile it uses irl, and it's basically just a little upgrad to R-27ER.

obviously the reason for this is because the kuznetsov hasn’t been around since 2017. so to be historically accurate, players who have the su-33 are stuck repairing the kuznetsov until the match ends
To be historically accurate this plane should have its Test armaments too, R-27AE broke the game

@@quirble I wouldn't call a wire break a reason to call the pilot unskilled, and at least in the 1990s the Su-33 pilots probably were among the best fighter pilots of russia if not the world. (one Su-33 managed to outmaneuver 2 israeli fighters) and even later they are still very good imo, it requires a lot more skill to be a navy pilot. I think one Mig-29K crashed back then when they attacked syrian terrorists too and i don't know the reason for it, but calling Su-33 pilots unskilled is like calling the F-22 the worst fighter ever made.(I wouldn't say it's the best, but still)
Also i think it should have R-27EM, since it's the main missile it uses irl, and it's basically just a little upgrad to R-27ER.
