This was right on time! I was just thinking that I wanted to learn how to resolve arguments in a way that’s not brash or aggressive. One thing we as women have to learn is listening in live without automatically getting in our feelings and victimizing ourselves. Our feelings are valid! We just have to learn to express them strategically as opposed to frantically.
Awesome video!! I've noticed that in situations where the man refuses to be calm enough to listen when you respond as stated in this video( or you are struggling to put your emotions under control in that moment), the best response is to walk away. Only go back to the conversation when you both are calm.
I feel I'm both masculine and feminine too! I kind of have to be because I'm a single mom of two boys and a girl. I can he triggered quickly it depends on the situation though.
@@blackswanrelationshipacademy Thank you Ms. Chengi I appreciate your kind words. Yes I have been working on that. I feel like with God keeping me grounded I can get better at it. I feel like Jesus is working in me but it's a battle with the flesh. 😊🙏❤
I need advice.. My coworker about a year ago started to change her tone with me, I would simply say Good Morning and she would respond with a short greeting without looking at me, this happened several times and I compared her tone with me to others and there is a huge difference: I stopped greeting her. I did ask her if something was wrong, she said no but there was. We now have silent conflict, how do I handle this?
I had a similar issue with a colleague a while ago. What I did was to tell her exactly what I noticed. I asked her if I did anything to her cos her tone of voice wasn't as it used to be. I actually asked her to forgive me if I did something unknowingly to hurt or upset her. She said nothing was wrong. So I let it go and went about my work. Did her attitude change? A little 🤷. Do I care? No. When it comes to work I've learned how not to take things personal. So I do hope this helps. But really stop thinking about her too. Control your thoughts towards her and just focus on your work. You don't need to be friends with your colleagues 🙌❤️
I don't think there's a valid issue if your co-worker hasn't discussed an issue with you. Sounds like she's trying to manipulate you into feeling bad and obligated to her feelings about nothing. Ignore her, and keep in mind she was the one who said there was no issue. It was great that you went to her and asked to see if something needed sorting out. She's displaying classic manipulator behavior.🌺
You are beautiful but I guess turtle neck is not enhancing all your beauty. Please take my comment with a grain of salt. Thanks for sharing your wisdomd

This was extremely helpful. Thinking back to all the arguments and I see where I went completely off. Never Again

You are probably exhausted which throws us women into our masculine. Try to organise yourself in such a way that you do not wear yourself out.

What if he says "You are crazy." when I we fight. How do you respond to this?
Calmly...' I'm not crazy' get teary instead of angry 🥺. Emotions are weapons😜. We don't fight fire with fire🤷
