When something gets popular this kind of thing usually happens. Undertale, Omori, Fnaf, even things like Helluva Boss. It’s kinda sucky but it’s also expected.
As soon as the pilot got 100 million views I made a mental note to myself to not associate with the fandom. I’m not on social media so it’s not too hard.

Tbh it feels like this fandom is gonna be a repeat of Undertale’s fandom: Really bad and stuff but over the years it starts to chill out and you get left with a nice community in the end. (at least I hope)
Here is the difference between TADC and the Undertale fandom. Undertale came out 8 years ago and the internet was different then than it is now. At that time, the Internet was more chilled than it is now, so it can happen in the final, but the probability of it happening is about 50/50. We'll see how the internet behaves towards TADC. Unfortunately, it will probably end the same way for the children. Like Poppy Playtime, Rainbow Friends and Skibidi Toilet (I'm not a fan of those things). It goes pretty fast and doesn't stop. So just either pray or be reconciled to the fact that TADC will have a bad ending (Even though I'm a big TADC hater, it's quite sad)

This will be the last one of these videos that I will be commenting on, as im tired of having to retype the same thing, but ill summarize what I can in a TL;DR at the bottom of the video.
The Amazing Digital Circus is a great show. The pilot does an amazing job at introducing the setting, characters, and conflict in a short 25-minute animation.
The fandom is fine.
I know some may argue that the NSFW is the worst part of it, so let's knock that out of the way first. EVERY FANDOM HAS NSFW. Yes, in the TADC fandom, it's pretty hard to avoid but that doesn't mean it's impossible. You only see the negatives if you only look for the negatives. I know people will rush to make videos on anything that's popular because it gets them clicks, and for that reason, I'm not going to be writing another rant-ish comment like this again to avoid giving any other videos like this more views.
Every fandom has NSFW. The literal rule 34 of the internet is, "If it exists, there's p0rn of it." and there's nothing you can do about it. People are horny, deal with it. Every character is above the age of 20 as confirmed by the show's creator Gooseworx, on her Tumblr. On that same Tumblr, she said she didn't care if people made NSFW as long as they didn't force her to see it. She knows R34 is inevitable, and she did the right thing by making all the characters above 20. You would much rather be forced to see p0rn of a character above the age of 18 than below the age of 18, wouldn't you?
I'm not saying the NSFW is a good thing, but it's not like it's morally wrong or something. If you don't wanna see your silly jester girl get railed then literally just don't look at it or do your best to avoid it (though I know it's difficult to, just try your best). I know I've learned very quickly to use Pinterest or just straight up go rewatch the pilot for drawing references if you want to avoid NSFW. It's stupid that you have to jump through hoops to avoid it, I know, but that doesn't mean the entire fandom is bad because some people are horny.
Now that is out of the way, we can begin with content farming. The content farming is also something that is just inevitable. I can assure you nobody in the TADC fandom is watching "DONT CALL POMNI FROM THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS AT 3AM GONE WRONG" videos unless they are a 3 year which prob shouldn't be watching a show about existential crisis' anyway (not that they can understand it, but you get my point).
As I said a bit earlier, people will make videos out of anything that's popular in hopes it gets them more clicks. Gooseworx has said that she was not going to go on a copy-right striking rampage (though she does acknowledge that she can and should) because she simply just doesn't care. The content farming just means it has succeeded. Yes, it sucks. No, nobody in the fandom is watching TADC brain rot and we all hate it just as much as you do.
Also, these are issues in pretty much every fandom besides the content farming. Again, there's only content farming because the show is so popular.
And if you want to say shipping is bad, then Gooseworx herself said she didn't care about who we shipped, as everyone in the show is canonically above the age of 22, maybe spare Caine and Bubble since they aren't "real" people but even they seem pretty adult to me. (Yes, including Bubble).
Gooseworx is handling the fandom pretty well by quickly setting up boundaries of what we can and cannot do, and for that I respect her. She became a cultural phenomenon literally overnight and is handling it better than anyone else could.
I will say this one more time. If you look for the negative, you will see the negative. If you truly do want to see the show's fandom in a good light, then look for that light. Don't go purposefully digging around for bad stuff because at that point, do you even really mean it when you say you want to see the good in a fandom?
That's like visiting a petting zoo and instead of petting the sheep, you run straight to the horse stables and say the entire petting zoo is ass because horses go poop. Yes, horses shit. Just don't look at it and go pet the damn sheep, isn't that what you came here for?
Let people have fun. It isn't ruining any lives, so don't ruin theirs by discouraging them from partaking in the things that make them happy. Just let people live, I promise it will be alright.

Don't mistake this for a hate comment, it's more of a rant about many videos similar to this I've seen. I'm just so tired of people saying the fandom is bad when they haven't actually joined it. If you look for the horse shit in the stables, don't be surprised when you find some. Just turn the other way and move on with your day. Nobody likes horse shit, but it's there and you just have to deal with it and move on.

The fandom is shit. Didn't need to write an essay to fail at convincing people otherwise. Most fandoms have an extent of toxicity yes but beyond a certain point it affects the fandom overall. Like Undertale shipping. In that case there have been literal doxxing, death threats, and actual attempts to harm others. At some point people need to be warned to stay away.
