Fuck yeah nano, I went 23 years off of Pokemon, until last September when my best friend quit his job for us to buy and sell singles, we sold like 100k in singles in 6 mo. Well, our friend did the selling. In the end it was hard and fast, we lost a ton of bread, but I GAINED getting to basically pass everything I missed in 23 years, thru my hands! Caught up QUICK. and now fast forward almost a year back in? .. I've built quite the collection in singles, slabs and especially sealed. I fucking love pokemon, AGAIN! DBZ stole me away from Pokemon in like 2000, 2001. Now I'm back! The money I lost has been remade, and I have built quite a collection in under a year. Proud of myself. Atleast we TRIED, some ppl just talk about doing something they love, pipe dreams...we actually DID it!
I also played let's go Pikachu, pearl, and playing SV rn, I had to buy a switch lite, so I could get my Gameboy pokemon vibes back. Oh so good. Idk wtf it is, but in this dirty lying world, Pokemon is a get away. It will always make me smile, make me happy.

Last time I was really into Pokémon cards Fossil Series was current.
Then I switched to Magic the G.
Slowly gave away and lost my Pokémon cards as I got into that.
Glad I gave them another go though.
Costco deal boxes seem to be good bargains, especially if on blowout sale.
just got back a 30 card submission. got like 5 10's. and the rest were 9's and 8's. felt like maybe 7 of them should have also been a 10.
What year were these cards? pack fresh from recent releases? Just curious thanks! Just sent in 135 cards all newer releases pack fresh
I feel that way sometimes too. Some of the 9s seem to be in better conditions than 10s

These cards were a wide variety of years/sets. Most of them are from newer sets like twilight masquerade and Temporal Forces! Some were ripped from packs, some I bought as singles
I guarantee you if you send them back to be regraded but pay for a higher tier.... you'll get more 10s. Thanks for showing off the cards though. Cheers

I think paldean fates will be a HIT to open in the future, esp because of bubble mew and shining zard. Thats one of the coolest zards ever imo

Honestly I feel BGS is the way to go.. I have both slabs and the BGS slab just seems higher quality and the grades being made known are a plus in my book. I feel PSA has too many politics going on with their grading. They try to control the PSA 10 population.
Yall seen the video, where the guy subbed 2 Munch Pikachu's, they came back both PSA5s!! (PERFECT examples) ...he resubbed them and paid more to PSA, not entirely sure, they came back a 9 and 10.

The new PSA slabs are slightly thicker and more sturdy.

@@haasgamesandfitness16 I think most of the 70mil certs and up if not all, are the new slabs. These ones in the video should be the new slabs.
The first 5 cards were kinda just a waste of time scarlet and violet is actual shit

It takes about 50-60 days to get a submission graded for how many cards I sent in. Not sure on a big submission like yours, but I would guess a similar timeline

I'm debating spending like $2000 on an old pokemon collection and grading them and keeping my fingers crossed as vintage obv wont grade nearly as well but could potentially be lucrative. I want to know how you would invest in pokemon grade wise
Did you leave fingerprints lots of people grab the cards by the edges when pulled.
@chriscab8333 I try not to touch the front or back of cards I am going to grade, as best as I can. I do try to wipe them down/clean them up before submitting them as best as I can as well. Finger prints are always possible!

@edgarbermudez7579 I am super lucky! The rest could of been psa 1s as long as that was a 10 lol. Sadly I have never pulled one myself, I want to though! I did buy this well before the price spike of it though!

The new PSA slabs have only been rolled out for sports cards first.

I won't grade with PSA anymore, I don't trust them anymore, I will only submit with CGC.
Psa sadly is the best for resale. I like Beckett the best but if you don't get a pristine 10 or black label, a 9.5 gem mint is harder to sell than a psa 10 even though the quality is better and the value imo should be higher

@@cooldaddyfunk I have! I have a vid on it. I do like grading through them but it is much more strict than psa. I like their slabs better though
I think i seen some slanting on the boarder on some of these, might be why the lower grade?? Idk sweet returns though!
My Japanese Greninja 10 looks every bit as good as your 9. Horse shit. My first grading, I think I'm going Beckett
I have a full art Mew from Japanese 151 in a PSA 10, its OC as FUCK. Zero consistency

If your tierd of psa pop control 9's you should try beckett or some one with sub grades i noticed a difference when i did
