5.9 Cummins are the best, keep that thing on the road bro. I love my 12v and have worked on many 24v’s and CR’s. They are the best diesel engines out there to this day.

I bought that open trailer 5x10 like you said I’m gone put some boards up around it about 4-5 FT tall thanks for all your help couldn’t have done it without you boss!
Thanks for the videos! Some people cut a hole in the bed of an old truck to work on the factory fuel pump and you could to reconnect the fuel level sending unit. Just seal and bolt on a new bed floor access panel when you’re done.
@@JackofHaulTrades I would take the time to swap it out for the fuel tape. It might last a little while but you know that it will start leaking at the worst possible time.

Great job Brother. You should check in to the fuel level sending unit, You may be able to put power to the sending unit without putting power to the pump in the tank! See if you can get a wiring diagram online or go to the dodge dealer and have them print you out one!

So this is a aftermarket lift pump? I had a 2000 that the pOJ factory LP ruined the engine, weak and no built in FP gauge. It overworked the injection system. Add a gauge! ❤
Heck yeah! Do you have any upgrades done to the truck? If you have an Instagram, give me a follow and send me some pictures. Links in the description 😂
andre great work but this isnt really a fass fuel pump its a knock off the fass will have a metal tag or sticker with model and serial numbers be careful with those chinese pumps seen a lot of them burn up and have to replace the pump i was really suprised seeing you take on this job honestly but you handled it great work and keep hustling
He needs work so if someone has it, he might get a call. He got my number from youtube so let him get calls just like me. If he would have texted me how I said in multiple videos, his number wouldn't be on youtube:)
@Deutschehordenelite I didn't do it for the wrong intentions. He was looking for work, and I basically advertised his number for free just in case someone in the area is watching and needs a helper. I could be wrong, but my intentions were good instead of bad for leaving it in 🤷♂️
never run your tank more than half empty if you want the pump to last longer. the lower tank you got the higher chance the pump takes in air and/or other trash.
Hard to believe you just did 10k video and now your at 13k. 100k in 2025 guaranteed or I will fly to Georgia and buy you a steak dinner and if you hit 100k I’ll fly there for a free dinner!!! Deal?? For the Cummins one issue they have is with the transmission but one solid fix that is popular is the cummins transmission bypass…look into it. Also be proactive and change the transmission fluid early especially so you tow….along with front/real differential and transfer case
Just remember to change your fuel filter more often, pulling fuel from the bottom youre getting the dirt and crud from the bottom too! Exactly why the professionals dont do that.

Agreed! 🫡
Glad you got the truck fixed. Good job.
Me too!! Thank you!
That's an interesting place to put a fuel pump. Hopefully, no brushes get underneath and catches those exposed lines.
Yeah you definitely have to take more precautions with exposed lines
Glad to see the truck up and running brotha and flatbed would be cool especially with the next trailer being a gooseneck
Thanks man! I'm excited to have it on the road again 🤟
Get some fuel thread tape for your tool box. The teflon tape will not hold up long to the harsh fuel.

I bet it was a nice truck!
Filled up with diesel in Aiken SC yesterday, $2.89/gal
That's cheappp! Very nice

I wouldnt use teflon tape on it. Seems like its very possible for strings of it to end up places it shouldnt be
