    *주재료
    두부1모 300g 12등분.
    물에 담궈 쓴맛 제거한 생고사리 100g 4cm길이로 자르기.
    *Main ingredients
    tofu 300g divided into 12 pieces.
    100g raw bracken soaked in water to remove bitterness, cut into 4cm lengths.
    *양념
    양파 1/2개 다지기
    대파 1/2개 송송썰기
    고추2~3개 다지기
    진간장 3~4T
    고추가루 2T
    물엿 2T
    다진마늘 1T
    멸치액젓 1T
    매실액 1T
    후추 톡톡
    소금 1꼬집
    물 100g 중간
    참기름 1T 마지막
    *seasoning
    Chop 1/2piece of onion
    1/2piece of green onion
    Chop 2-3piece peppers
    3~4T dark soy sauce
    2T red pepper powder
    2T starch syrup
    1T minced garlic
    1T anchovy sauce
    1T plum juice
    Pepper Tok Tok
    1 pinch of salt
    100g water (put it in the middle)
    1T sesame oil (put at the end)
    *만들기
    1. 양념 준비하기
    2. 두부 자르기
    3. 팬에 기름 넣고 두부 앞뒤로 굽기, 고사리 같이 넣고 익히기
    4. 양념을 두부위에 골고루 올려주기
    5. 물 둘러주면서 넣기
    6. 뚜껑 덮고 30초 익히기
    7. 뚜껑 열고 졸이기
    8. 참기름 둘러 마무리
    *how to make
    1. Prepare seasoning
    2. Cut the tofu
    3. Add oil to the pan and fry the tofu on both sides. Add the bracken and cook.
    4. Spread the seasoning evenly over the tofu.
    5. Add water while covering it.
    6. Cover with lid and cook for 30 seconds
    7. Open the lid and simmer.
    8. Finish with sesame oil
