Coffee is a big part of Norwegian culture and Trondheim is full of great cozy cafes who serve specialty coffee from local roasters and delicious Norwegian pastries. A dark roast in Norway? I am amazed!
I wonder why coffee became so popular in Norway, as it is so far from where it is grown?
And now has one of the best coffee scenes anywhere.

Yes, it makes us “continental” Europeans feel at home ahah. I usually prefer the light roast but this is one of my favourite coffee shops anyway.
Indeed, Norway has an interesting history with coffee, we’re thinking about making some videos about that too someday!
