I personally think animation on pv is better then the anime that came out few years ago Mostly because of combat If you didn’t know, the combat animations on the army when they are firing at 1 person, they just don’t do nothing but stand there. And fire. And do nothing And the main character move towards them, and you don’t see that much scene where the army is firing at them The story was good But combat was the reason why I didnt liked the anime version But pv, they show more detail on characters and gun firing, hand to hand combat like the short ones. Even im a bit off the opinion, I think it helped you out (WTF did I help? Idk)
this reminds me of 1.4 launch of ZZZ, Miyabi got all the fame and poor Harumasa got just so few things but he was provided for free. Now I want to start playing Blue Archive.
I know this is a comparison between 2 PV made by BA CN, but comparing this to 4th PV from BA JP. I prefer 4th PV as it has more emotional weight. Especially the possible bad and actual good outcomes. The Vol F PV made by CN feels like it fits Vol 2 Chapt 2 more and/or the Decagemation Event
As for the momentum aspect, well I guess that's just the consequences of having student introduction segment implemented within a main PV. Even the new CN 4th pv suffers from the same way, the difference being that there's no special student currently in this patch so the transition into students introduction section was even worse this pv. There's no longer a momentum they just straight up hit a wall at 300km/h, all that building up and cool ass RE Aoharu remix ruined by the sudden, awkward, and plain ass transition, and then there's Koyuki in the end. By the time the segment is over and we're back to the main PV the hype is already gone. I wish they would make the full pv just like what they did with 0.5 anniversary or simply just this pv without the ad segment but I guess they already spent all their budget on Mika's PVs and MV and it's been a month anyway. Alas we take what we got, it could've been alot worse. I mean this is by far better than the jp ver of PVs that's integrated with students introduction but let's not get into that. So, I wanna hear what you have to say about the new 4th PV that they released a month ago, hopefully the video didn't take another month to upload this time
I already planned to talk about the other Vol.F PV by CN but decided against it because of how the video came to be. The PV itself already has glaring issues that I find pretty troublesome, kind of like prioritizing graphics & visuals over anything else. Not entirely sure If I'm ever gonna make a dedicated video for that specifically though even if I have a lot to say about it.
