Beneath suburban's spacious and comfortable interior their lurks a sport truck with a massive s483 turbocharger. In true ProTouringTexas fashion. Another Texas truck build gone wild. Looking as good as it did back in the day. It's unsuspecting exterior hides almost 900hp of turbo Lsx. So, what did this LS swap package mean for your Suburban? As the story goes, the burb “was created for those who like the special things that life has to offer: the extra touches, the modern refinements, the quietly appreciated ability to hurt feelings on any given day.” In short, it was a truck for someone who may have been thinking about pulling a boat, taking the family on a road trip, but with the pedigree of a racecar. The original drivetrain long gone now, replaced by a secret recipe designed by the @popeoflsx, modern tech lends to the tuning ability to make 900hp safely, backed by a stage 3 Jake's 4L80e trans Inside the Boost burbs cab, the bench is lovely in its Highlander plaid combo, while the brushed aluminum accents give the truck the refined look of Silverado trim. Modern Dakota digital gauges and factory front and rear air keep the cab cool and informed. This is one fine truck, and a rarity at that: Suburban's popularity has skyrocketed since this build. We hope you love it as much as we do. The current owner is happy to it running tiptop and so far.. wont budge of selling it back to us.

@xmo552 I don't have any videos on it yet because I decided not to put the 355 back in it. I'm having a 406 machined up for it now I should have it back soon then I'll start recording it. I'm running the 4l80 with megasquirt/ megashift. I haven't gotten into the gears as it's a posi and was originally a 4 spd auto so it's always done well. It's my test mule it's had at least a dozen combo's through it. And it tows good lots of torque. I also have a twin turbo 305 tpi in a 54 cadillac coupe it rips too.
