I wish there were more multiplayer vr games based on magic/environment manipulation. I can shoot a gun irl, I can’t conjure earth pillars from the ground. That’s what I want to do
agreed! Just the ability to do these things in VR are what make it so special! Doing things that you never could in the real world with a realistic and believable environment

I was really hoping that a township tale would become more potentious than its current state. they've gone so far! Don't slow a township tail to make another game we just need new content and a system that doesn't require moderators
It looks like they chose one thing and did it REALLY well! That's always exciting to see. If this game is successful, I bet we could see a lot of things added to it from the devs.
I'd really love it if this game had all elements, but yeah for real so many games try to overachieve but then underdeliver. It's not even really anyone's fault, devs just get caught up in the moment. Doing one thing really really well is absolutely better and I'm glad they did that as well. I do hope they make modded multiplayer an option though like ROR2 did!
Literally bought this as soon as I saw this video thanks! It looks cool. They could really expand this to all elements. Imagen they have PVP seasons. When you every 6 months they come out with water🌊, wind🍃, fire🔥 . They could actually start a whole genre of VR on their own.
When rumble comes out we definitely need to see a lot of content on it just from this little video I’m already seeing a lot of possibilities for greatness
THIS, is what people actually look in games, THIS, in a way "easy to learn, hard to master" and the fact that you can apply it in the game the way YOU want, and in that way you create your own way of playing and gameplay, and it feels so rewarding and its actually so fun! I’m glad there was somebody else who has used the blade and sorcery earthbending mod. Trust me when I say this, this game takes that mod and cranks it to 10,000

Dude my valve index comes in two days, this game comes out in two days - 100% buying this, looks like such fun. Something just crossed my mind, if this is really hard to learn, odds are the little kids and squeakers are gonna stay away and it’ll hopefully be a really cool, chill community of people who respect each other and not 4 year olds telling the n word
It wasn’t just an “introduction” as there was a lot of talking about the game. The entire theme of this video was to preface what this game is, what it’s about, and the learning curve. My next videos will be covering the mechanics and showing off the PvP 🤘

I'm really on board with the grinding stuff you mentioned. Its really upsetting that SKYRIM is the best VR game for progression, when games like dishonored or destiny would be great VR ports
they should add combos in a simmilar mindset to redstone from minecraft. like they give you basic tools but a lot of them and then you can make anything so you can make new spells! might get complicated from a development standpoint though
You’d be surprised how innovative the abilities already are. You can already do some pretty insane combos in terms of just how you use your earthbending 🤘
Hey man, you seem to be doing well for yourself, but please have a bit more of a plan for introducing games like this. You spend WAY too much time talking about little things that are already intuitive, like ranks and servers. Show with actions, not words. Shouldn't take 8 minutes to get into the earthbending of an earthbending game.
The thing about this video was to be informative. Since this was recorded prior to the release there wasn't any games to actually hop into. So I was setting the framework and trying to build hype for the game prior to release. Just wanted to address the fact of the game being difficult to learn and talk about the topics within this video. Other videos where it IS about the earthbending battles I try and put chapters in so people can skip to the desired sections. But thank you for your feedback, this is the only way for me to improve for my content along the way! 💪
I've got a quest 2 and the poses are within the camera's line of sight. There's a couple higher level moves that let you move an object freely around you, so you have the slight disadvantage of needing to look back at it a little if you want to sling it from behind you, but all of the initial poses don't have issues.
@@AwakenToast well that's nice at least. Pretty sure my specific quest one unit would have some issues though, the tracking has been getting worse over time even after a few factory resets. Might buy it and refund if it has issues.

Tryong to adjust to your movements and you constantly talking with your hands got to me around 7 min mark, had to turn it off, felt sick. Other than that the info was good. Something to consider. 👍
This is due to the fact I couldn't use the "Smooth Camera" in the game as it was still in the works. You gotta keep in mind with VR the slightest movements of a headset will show in the recording. And considering I had a light headset on with a FOV boost to zoom out the footage. It only highlights the shakiness more. Higher FOV - More shakiness (easier to watch) Low FOV - Steadier (Impossible to understand what's actually going on) It's a choice between the two and the sacrifice of slightly shakier footage I'd take MILES over zoomed in FOV. Cause base headset recordings are almost impossible to watch since you can't tell what's going on
Will it involve full body tracking? I think it would be so cool for people willing to go the extra mile of having it for it to be involved in the game. Of course it wouldn't be pay yo win, it'd be cool if it'll actually make it more difficult. Like say I want to make a piller. sense I have full body I'd have to stand in the stance also and not just use my hands to make the piller.
Hmmm... interesting idea. The developers said they wouldn't, but who knows whether or not they'll say nevermind. Just don't get your hopes up just yet.
Will they add more then just pvp, because it they don't have anything else the players will have fun for like 2 weeks then get bored and once there are no players there will be no one to play with.
The game is majorly focused on PvP but there will be a social hub (playground) where you can hang out with 5 people and just play around. But I believe they’ll have a dedicated player base 👍

No release date yet for the standalone quest version yet. They also said they would stick to earthbending as that will make it easier to balance and make it easier to perfect the design of that element.

Yep. Think of it like an opportunity to practice the basics. I believe it would be overwhelming to a lot of people if everything was unlocked from the start... unless you're that one steam reviewer who thought he was too good to recognize that not everyone is good at the VR equivalent of the classic controls in Street Fighter.

Rumble is apparently coming to PSVR soon. It still is PCVR exclusive rn but they're working on bringing it to PSVR. They also state that they will eventuallly bring it to quest standalone as well.
Having to legitimately teach yourself stuff is my favorite part about sim games like DCS and stuff, and I feel like this is sort of a similar thing. It looks super cool, I'll definitely look into the game more
nope I would have to disclose if I was being paid. I was being paid by enjoyment within the game. This was a project they worked on for 4 years and they invested EVERYTHING they had into making this game a reality. So I just wanted to support it as much as I could :D
Hm. Is it a summon pose? If so, you have to do the starting pose, with your hands at your hips, palms up, and then perform the the next pose quick enough. A lot of the game is about committing each move and even combinations of moves to muscle memory. I have a feeling I've seen your PFP before tho.
I really cannot wait for you to post more about Rumble VR, this game looks so SICK, and I am hyped that there is a struggle learning curve to it, like in real life, not everthing has to come easily, it's more fun putting in the work
This is exactly how I feel about it too! Having a game that rewards hard work is so refreshing! Plus the game just feels incredible, I’m so excited for people to get their hands on this game
I just think that having only passive play vr games is not the way forward, I know for myself, being able to use my brain, and push myself to adapt and grow is such a huge thing, and one of the huge purposes of VR is to explore new experiences and try different things, and if I’m just pressing buttons all the time, I’m not truly experiencing the power and experience I could be, and while while we have vail vr as a potential esport, i could definitely see this as another along side it, a whole different experience and battle style could come from it 🤷🏻♂️ just my thoughts

There are some games that have that theme! You could check out Iragon (it’s 18+ with the game themes) but it may be what you’re looking for

Rumble is apparently coming to PSVR soon. It still is PCVR exclusive rn but they're working on bringing it to PSVR. They also state that they will eventuallly bring it to quest standalone as well.
Having to legitimately teach yourself stuff is my favorite part about sim games like DCS and stuff, and I feel like this is sort of a similar thing. It looks super cool, I'll definitely look into the game more

nope I would have to disclose if I was being paid. I was being paid by enjoyment within the game. This was a project they worked on for 4 years and they invested EVERYTHING they had into making this game a reality. So I just wanted to support it as much as I could :D

The hand ghost was glowing green indicating I was doing it properly but no rocks were coming out. Any fixes anyone?
Hm. Is it a summon pose? If so, you have to do the starting pose, with your hands at your hips, palms up, and then perform the the next pose quick enough. A lot of the game is about committing each move and even combinations of moves to muscle memory. I have a feeling I've seen your PFP before tho.

I really cannot wait for you to post more about Rumble VR, this game looks so SICK, and I am hyped that there is a struggle learning curve to it, like in real life, not everthing has to come easily, it's more fun putting in the work
This is exactly how I feel about it too! Having a game that rewards hard work is so refreshing! Plus the game just feels incredible, I’m so excited for people to get their hands on this game
I just think that having only passive play vr games is not the way forward, I know for myself, being able to use my brain, and push myself to adapt and grow is such a huge thing, and one of the huge purposes of VR is to explore new experiences and try different things, and if I’m just pressing buttons all the time, I’m not truly experiencing the power and experience I could be, and while while we have vail vr as a potential esport, i could definitely see this as another along side it, a whole different experience and battle style could come from it 🤷🏻♂️ just my thoughts

@@AwakenToast haha, yeah, I played in the beta, but they changed up the poses a little so that threw me off XD it was a great fight of floundering around XD and yeah! I'd love to rematch sometime with more moves. I played a ton with the other moderators for their discord server so I've got them all unlocked by now XD
