    INGREDIENTS
    8 x organic boneless chicken thighs
    1 head broccoli
    2 large zucchini
    400g ripe cherry tomatoes
    2 red capsicum (red peppers)
    500g french beans
    1 cup vegan and gluten free basil pesto (you can make your own with our recipe directions)
    1 large head of garlic
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    2 Tbs dried oregano
    1 Tbs dried thyme
    1 Tbs dried rosemary
    1 tsp dried garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil
    Bake for 45-50 min at 180degreesC or 350degreesF
