But it'll still end in failure if you lie for him twice, so I usually say "Me" (which I guess isn't a lie) for what he desires most, and then hit him with the truth bomb for his flaw.

i like how most characters would say something along the lines of "you love me? Im flattered. Sure." But the gigabear and gigadrow Halsin and Minthara just go "This will be easy, we are complete utter soul mates."

Gale's flaw is interesting, kinda tricky like the answers for Astarion in a sense. #2 is absolutely correct but he doesn't want to hear it... he thinks it's one of his best qualities and is hurt you think otherwise. #3 is just as true of course, but by picking it you tell him what he's deseperate to hear: that others (his love especially) value him and are apalled that he doesn't value himself.
It go through so many reloads and editing is not a easy feat. I salute you for your work and appreciate your content. Helps us not go thru that pain too. Appreciate it!
I think unfortunately these dialogues can be bugged sometimes, at least with Astarion. During my last playthrough I picked every good answers and still got the "bad" reaction from him (I was in relationship with him + max approval), telling it was a disaster 😂 i'm happy that it was just a little cutscene for fun and it doesn't really affect the relation at all (i maybe lost 1 point of approval but i'm not even sure), but i would like to know if someone else had the same problem with Astarion or another companion. That could be a reccurent bug that should be patched 😊
He's a little special. You have to answer truthfully in the face of the disapproval. If you lie on his behalf, he likes it, but the Dryad can sense you're just lying to each other for comfort and that your relationship won't last because of it. For a perfect score, I did, Elbow Deep in Gore, Me, and he fears becoming someone elses slave. It only incurred one disapproval, and it got overshadowed by the approval you get for the perfect score.
I just got the same problem with shadow heart and i quickly searched tf happened because shadow heart approved all of my answer but at the end she was mad😂
Quest seems to be buggy, at least up to P5. For SH I didn't even get the Wine option, and despite picking the "winners" for the other two, I still got some guff about "you will find love, but just not with her". 🤬😭 So just scumsaved and ignored it. Mean I can prolly go back with P6 and see if it's fixed.
In order to get the real dryad, you have to have met all versions of shapeshifter Orin. For instance, if you've only met her once as a shapeshifter, it's likely that Zethino will be Orin instead of her usual self. Go to Zethino only after you've encountered shapeshifter Orin numerous times. I met shapeshifter Orin three times before going to Zethino

@allhandsondik7803 I tend to do "Gore" "Revenge" "Breaking a nail" which are all approvals and still a perfect test. I don't like embarrassing him 😂

You have to first discover Orin’s other disguises two times. Then you’ll get the real dryad.
