For this recipe you need:
For dough.
🔹️ (1 tablespoon) 20 grams of sugar
🔹️ (half a pack) 5 grams of quick yeast
🔹️ (1 cup) 200 ml of warm milk
🔹️ 1 egg
🔹️ (3 tablespoons) 25 ml olive oil
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 8 grams of salt
🔹️ (3 cups) 360 grams of flour
For internal mortar
🔹️ 1 onion
🔹️ 2 green peppers
🔹️ 1 red pepper (capia)
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of salt
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of black pepper
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of mint
🔹️ (2 teaspoons) 4 grams of red pepper
🔹️ 250 grams of ground beef
🔹️ (1 tablespoon) 20 grams of butter
For the above;
🔹️ 120 grams of cheddar cheese ( mozzarella)
🔹️ 1 egg yolk
20 minutes in the oven at 180°C = 356°F.

You can use cheap biscuits in a can and roll each biscuit out and fill it with meat mixture of your choice and fold it in half then bake them on a cookie sheet. Pretty easy and tastes fantastic

I guess it was pork, so good question, should precook first to be sure its safe, but if you use ground beef dont need to worry. :D

I've tried but went wrong. I tried with pork but didn't work. Didn't fully cooked in middle. It was raw. Beef or lamb should be the best option for this dish. Taste was really good and will definitely try it again
