You say the turbo head is "a great head for anybody that has a majority of hard floors and a couple rugs and low-pile carpets maybe in the bedrooms" but the information booklet that comes with the turbo head says it's not for use on hard floors.
I have personally used it on hard floors because pet owners know that pet hair doesn’t just get picked up with the hard floor brushes, the turbo brush assists in sucking up the pet hair. Miele has to avoid making any recommendations that could lead to scratches. We see customers everyday that have pets and usually their concern is more cleanliness because scratches are inherent usually with pet ownership.
Looks cool. If I were to order the tandem air canister, and wanted to trade in my simplicity canister, can I do that through your website? I live on the east coast..
