I really appreciate you leaving in the part where you stumbled over your words that one moment. It always bothers me when that happens to me (it happens more than I'd like lol), but I really appreciate this video! The amount of value is insane, and it's things that I already know, but need a reminder from time to time to continue to implement these things into my day to day life.
Andy Galpin (who was on Huberman) said the biggest issue with high performers, is over training. As a persona trainer who also trains (non competitively) in MMA, BJJ, and Thai Boxing, 1-3 hours or hard training 7 days a week is normal for me. If anyone who is reading this has "tone it down" that means you have reached a high level of physical achievement and should be proud of that. I know it's hard to train less, but it really helps. I didn't say STOP, I mean take it down a notch or take a deload week.
To be honest, I'm looking for ways to write titles like you. Can you give me advice on how to improve my headlines? Yours are amazing as always! They encourage me to click on the video. Do you have a process? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
Seriously! WOW thank you because I was just thinking how I should hire someone to optimize my titles haha I don’t have a system, all I think about is “what would make ME click on a video?” Another tip is that I write on TH-cam search bar to see if there are similar titles to mine just to make sure people are searching for it. Make sure you target a pain/problem or a desire in your title. I don’t overthink it since I’m in the beginning of my TH-cam journey and exploring different things. Hope this helps x

The only point I don't agree with is what you said about fasting. Science has really shone a light on how damaging fasting can be for women's hormones. I actually lost my period when I was engaging in fasting.
