I'm hoping they extend dual citizenship further back than WWII and actually allow dual citizenship to continue. Will they give dual citizenship back to any who lost it due to turning 18 and not living in Germany if they choose to later in life? My oldest was born there when I was stationed there, and he had dual citizenship because I was a single female and he was born in a German hospital. He had to choose by the age of 18, yet he never had the chance to discover Germany.
