Black colour looks good... But considering night safety, white colour should be preferred.... One can believe on himself for safety..but we have no control on others... So white colour prevents some of the risks associated with visibility in night to other drivers...

As per the stats, during DAYTIME Navy Blue and Black coloured cars go almost invisible on highways due to reflection of sky.
During night almost all coloured cars depend on the lights and reflectors.
White coloured cars are visible both during Day and night, even from considerable distances.
White is also easier to maintain as dust, scratches and dents are least visible on White while, unlike other colours, paint job can be localized in case of White paint.
But White coloured cars also appear to be lost amongst the flood of cabs on Indian roads.

Nopes. They know it from past experience that almost 95% people drive the car on highway only where AWD or any off roading feature is required.
But all these features require timely maintenance and increase the servicing cost which makes the people feel like the car is costly to maintain. This is the reason why old safari has lot of off roading features than the new one.
And safari will need atleast 2 little petrol engine which will give very less mileage and people will opt for cars with petrol hybrid engines.

Tata Nexon...5 years.. 75k run. No issues..nothing at all.. met an accident but was safely able to travel 300+ km post accident. One of my uncles drives a desire, he hit a dog and his radiator got damaged. He was stuck in the jungle late at night. That's why safety is paramount. God forbid, if u encounter such incidents then only u realise.

Tata cars are good but the service are very worst I too am tata owner and facing a lot of problems in service when will they improve
somewhat the same happened with us, we own XUV500 accidently due to someone's rash or ill overtaking to us. Our car got hit into a standstill Baleno at speed of 110. Trust me the car is so safe that we three who were in the car were all safe and nothing happened to us we were having dinner in the car and dinner was also still placed on arm rest (wo fela hi nhi). The car jumped for around 20mtr we didn't feel or expected that, its front left axle, shockers fuel pump fender bonet etc got smashed and broken and even the front tyre was lying near to our rear wheel, and we were still like, Bhai ab kya kare, ghar pr bohot daant padegi.
That was our first major accident, and we thank Mahindra for saving our lives that day.
and we still own the same car, consider it as our lucky car.

It is difficult to reach those speeds in Pune traffic right after a traffic signal, especially near phoenix Mall but even if they did get rear ended, they would have to be in a bad position to end up like that, half of car in normal lane and half of it in brts lane, just thank God they didn't get rear ended by a bus while trying to pull off whatever they had in mind
