Just started crocheting, starting off with a beanie then I wanna make this☺️ I’ve been following you on tiktok for a while so it’s nice to see a video tutorial :) can’t wait to make it so I can tag you
I just turned ten today and I was looking for something to make and I started my own crochet/art channel. I loved this tutorial because it was so easy to follow. I also tagged you in my yt vid :)😊
Hi, when I’m doing the back panel there’s a really big curve? I’m not increasing but it doesn’t go straight up but instead it carry’s on going outwards and straight, is there something I’ve done wrong?
@@mayitakeurhatsir I never found out what I did wrong but probably haha. Did you give this a go too? Mine is still waiting on sleeves lol. Im terrible at finishing projects like this.
@@carysdavies7555 ahh okay so far the only thing i did wrong was stay using the 7mm hook for the actual cardigan i forgot to switch to the 8mm hook but i actually like how it’s coming out with the 7mm so i might just do the rest of it with the 7mm hook. and yes! i’ve already started on it and i’m not too far in but i’m passed the back panel ribbing 😄 i’m so pleased with how fast it’s working up! and don’t be too hard on yourself! i have like 10+ wips all over the place but i’m hoping this’ll be my first wearable cardigan!
can you please make a video tutorial for your adeana cardigans the videos are much easier to understand than written patterns and id love to purchase it on your website
Your cardigan is so cute it caught my eye and thought I'd try to make it. I finished the back but am confused by your math instructions. It said to count the stitches, divide by two and subtract four. If yours is 43 stitches and you divided by two I get 21.5. Then subtract four shouldn't it be 17.5 so you'd round to 17? You said 21.5 and rounded to 21. Did you forget to subtract four or am I confused? Help! I don't want to have to rip it apart. I've done that a couple of times transitioning from the band to cardigan. Lol 😅
You are correct. First you divide by 3 to mark and separate the shoulder "panels" and neck, after that is done, you then dived by 2 for the increase V and subtract 4 for the ribbing. She did forget to mention that in the narrative when she was stating the math, but it is done in making of the cardigan. I also had to frog mine several times haha then decided to go with it and do a decrease instead. It gave it more of a ballooned or puffy look on the back panel which compliments the ribbing well.
When starting the sleeves, did u mean 1 HDC for each stitch rather than 2 HDC per stitch? 14:38 Because I have 64 stitches all around doing 2HDC per stitch and it’s starting to look frilly 😅
Omg this is the best jacket to make for beginners. It’s very comfy and it doesn’t take that much time.❤

Girl!!! You divide by 3, not 2! 🥺❤️
She divided 43 by 3 and got 14,3 and rounded it down to 14
Sorry. I went back and watched that section again.. I missed a portion. That was my fault. Thank you, though.
@@victoriafindley262 it's fine! No worries ❤️

Would this pattern be affected if I am off by one stitch in my back panel?? Like instead of 47 I have 46
i think you can get away with it!!
Can you make the sleeves half way instead the wrists
She goes a bit fast so if your a beginner then I wouldn't recommend but other than that solid!😁
Supposed you want to crochet this cardigan not bulky what crochet hook you use 😊

You need to have your camera laced closer so beginners can actually see how you do the stitches ❤
