You guys are just starting to use those we use them here in Ontario like for 20 years. Now we fill in full of tuna or ground up shrimp to get the steelhead and the kings where we live.
I appreciate that my man! Always trying to make it better for the viewer for sure. Editing and learning myself has been a challenge but I'd say it has been worth it!
Was out there on the 30th certainly not lights out as you know the struggle that day but we got some nice fish thanks to a 10am snap bite, couldn’t beat the weather ☀️🤙
When the rules say we can keep 1 king and 1 coho, do you (or Shane) have a way to increase the chances of catching a coho after we catch a king? Different color. Different depth. Different scent etc.
Personally when targeting kings i am on the deck and do better with straight spinners or spinfish. Once i get my kings i can go to spinfish with hootchies rigged up behind them and fish them shallower. so if i was in 30 feet of water i would run them at like 20 on the counter for coho or 18-22 or so

Hell yeah brother! Excited to join the northwest bait and scent team.
Shane is one of the nicest guys on the river. Doesn't know me from Adam but always is polite and says hi! Great job Shane!

Great video tho Columbia always 🔥 come this time
We don’t use downriggers on the Columbia. No need lead and flashers is all we do

😂 you wouldn’t believe the amount of questions I get that are answered in the video . Good!
Where were you on the Columbia?
What rods are using and length?
Shane uses the edge rods. 10'6 not sure the type. I Run the stryker rods 9'4 10-40s
leader length to the spinners?
In the video Shane says 28-30”
Good day

Finally, we see the new Yakima Bait cut plugs. Looks killer.
I guess I’m going to assume too that you and the addicted guys don’t talk much cause they’ve been using them since they’ve started their program
