Met these 2 yesterday on a lake in northern Alberta fishing brook trout . An otter had stolen 2 of their fish that they were keeping to eat and had placed outside their tent. Nobody else on the lake, nice guys we shared some fishing info .
That 39.5" fish dwarfed the 43" weight wise that was a slob!!! Epic bite! You know you are some world class stuff when you are referring to 35 and 36" fish as "smaller fish" 😂
The Yukon isn’t an isolated area, we have major centres as well, diverse areas of work here. I am in Product support for industry and Luc is a biologist
Could be the greatest laker catching video on youtube. Only made it halfway through because its somehow boring. Wet rag personalities and minimal LS screen showing. You guys would have way more subscribers if you took some notes from clay/jay/etc on making vids.

We were using 10 inch. If you’re planning on catching anything over 36 inch I’d advise on a 10 inch leg
