These muffins were a huge hit for my 1,4,5,6 yr olds. I wanted a healthy breakfast option for them because they are homeschooled now. I had to omit a few fruits because of time but did include the carrots which they normally won't touch, however they had several of these back to back. Will definitely make the full recipe and keep this close in my stash! THANKS
