The discussion of loading directly from battle was kind of fascinating to me. It’s not something I’ve ever really considered doing on purpose in other atlas games, let alone consider how smooth that process is. Usually when I’m not equipped properly my thought is just “Oh this is going to be a hard one.” But I’ve only ever played the Persona games, and I do follow your logic specifically with the “Oops All Resistances” enemy, so I’m curious if I’d feel the same way going through Metaphor.

Well metaphor have a follower that if you max it out it let you 100% escape battles, it not available now but if you prioritize it you can escape battle 100%, and in metaphor it not an insta kill mechanic, it straight real time action, it has hidden feature you can actually can kill enemies in real time but you have to wait for them to get up from the stun state to kill them since there health constantly getting down, but it not adviced since it takes forever.
The Third eye is a feature of the Mustari Tribe. Zorba is a half breed so he has a Clemar horn and unopened Mustari Eye.
