Samuel built Green Tower in La Paz, the tallest and most modern building in Bolivia, and leads large real estate projects in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. He owns Los Tajibos, the country's leading five-star hotel, and the Burger King restaurant chain in Bolivia.
For 27 years he was owner and president of Sociedad Boliviana de Cemento (SOBOCE), which he turned into the most important industry in the country. He introduced social responsibility in Bolivia.
With a Master's degree in Public Finance from the London School of Economics, he is the creator and supporter of the Innovation and Technology Centers (CITES), which train and provide technical support to micro-entrepreneurs in various areas.
In addition, Samuel is the creator of the Emprende Ideas contest, which encourages entrepreneurship as a means of livelihood and community development. As a speaker, and with his millions of followers on social networks, he shares advice on business success and the country's economic situation.
