I remember watching this game and being thrilled with the result. Looking back on it now, I'd probably be a bit upset if the current england team played like this. The progress we've made from this point is really amazing to see.
Been saying George Ford is a genuine Captain for years. Highly skilled and competent. Only issue I have is I wonder whetehr he has imposter syndrome sometimes, because he seems to question whether hes good enough sometimes which affects his game. Thats good in intellectual studies but in sports and war you cannot have self doubts. You can but not to your detriment.
This game was a masterclass by Ford. I watched it live at the time and I was amazed by his poise and skill, under very trying circumstances for England.
Argentina was never in this game with no game plan...while England stuck to the game plan with Ford putting the team on his shoulders. From a South African

This is the tour that retired Woodward, just shows what a one trick pony he was. Took most of his ageing 2003 England team with him instead of in form 2005 Grand Slam Wales team. His support staff were bigger than his sqaud ffs!
