How to check starter solenoid on freightliner Columbia

What was the issue when you had a slow crack/no start ?

The starter solenoid was going out

I had replace my starter and battery same issue it was an main ground on the chassis to starter needed to be cleaned fire right up been months still no issues

So it was a ground ? Not the starter. Or both
