I'm really enjoying the content and find it quite useful but I'm very puzzled by your opening / title card. It seems to me to be japanese and you are obviously fully immersed in the chinese martial tradition. I realize it's totally insignificant but it's really been puzzling me.
Thank you for the words. I would say that there isn't an exact amount of time, but rather that you should gradually improve in any case. Even after you start circle walking, practicing this regularly will further improve your ability.. So, maybe a way to put it is that once you can twist to a reasonable amount and hold it for a period without feeling too much strain, along with other basic practices being developed, then you can start doing the fundamental circle walking practices.
