In season 5, Melisandre was wearing very light clothing in the harsh northern weather. Jon asked her if she was cold, but she said the lord's fire burned within her. But now she is wearing bulky clothes and sitting by the fireplace. A sign that her faith has been shaken. I thought that was a nice touch.
i thought it was to lift the storm and give fairer weather, which it did. But then many of his own men deserted them, and the horses were freed or stolen, so he lost anyways.
Jon, and most of the Starks are Wargs. They don't realize it, and they aren't as proficient as Bran. But Jon is supposed to be the next most powerful warg after Bran. When a Warg dies, they get a 2nd life in their animal. When Jon died, he slipped into Ghost. Melissandre said spells to bring his body back to life, like Thoros did for Beric. But it was hard on Beric each time, because his consciousness died all the way. So everytime he was brought back, he lost something. Jon is more than a fire wight like Beric. He's whole. Because he never really died. That's why Ghost does his thing right before Jon woke up. He knew he was about to. Incidentally, that's also why George RR Martin named him Ghost. He held Jon's "ghost" safe and sound until a magic practitioner could heal his body. What this also means, and I hate to have to tell you this, is that Robb died twice.
Grey Wind died before Robb, though. At least in the show. I can't remember how it's written in the book, but we see him shot in his pen while Robb is still alive in the mess hall. I'm pretty sure it also depends with wargs whether they can live on in an animal. I think they need to be pretty powerful, and they need to actively go into an animal, like the wildling Jon stabbed did. If I sneak up behind you and chop your head off, you don't automatically teleport into an animal, but if you know you're about to die, you can hop into one to save yourself, or if you happen to die while warging, you're stuck there. John going into Ghost is a reasonable theory, but Robb probably didn't do any warging when he was killed.
The Dragons understand that Tyrion is an ally, a friend, linked to Danerys. Dragons are smart. Just as smart as Dire wolves, maybe more. That's why Tyrion could unchain them.
I dont know if it was stated in the show but in the books its commonly believed dragons are as smart if not smarter than people which would make sense they are heavily linked to magic in this world too
Yes, exactly. Yes, they have animal brains, but they are as intelligent or more intelligent than humans. What if they were real, they would kick our asses! Lol
Melissandre spent all her long years searching out prophecy. She's been looking for Azor Ahai, the Prince who was Promised to bring back the dawn. She thought it was Stannis. She was wrong. So, yeah, she's depressed and her faith in herself is shook.
Melisandre is the perfect example of people using their own bias towards a religion or belief she used her bias towards stannis thinking because hes the true heir to the throne hed be best suited to fight the walkers but she was wrong

Remember when Roose Bolton put a dagger in Robb's heart and everyone wanted his head on a spike, boy they couldn't wait to see him die in the most gruesome way? People always start predicting Frey and Bolton's deaths from the very next episode after the Red Wedding. Well now finally Roose is dead and it doesn't even make you feel any type of way except disgust for Ramsay. This is what GoT always does, they mindfuck you so much that when the thing people wanted for a long time actually happens, it's so subversive that it completely takes the joy out of it. It's tiring honestly. Only thing I'm thinking here is "damn Ramsay evil ass just fed his baby brother to the dogs!!!". "I prefer being an only child"...that was a great line too😩
With Jon being killed he fulfilled his oath to the NW. Now that he is alive he can leave with honor (if he wants). So that is why they killed him off in my view ...cheers

Something that is hinted at in the books is that Tyrion might secretly be part Targaryen which might explain why he was able to approach the dragons 😜 There are rumors that the Mad King raped Tywin's wife Joanna. His appearance in the book describes him as having the white blond hair and one green eye and one black. Also in the book, at the Battle of Blackwater, he actually lost the front half of his nose 😳 A lot of fans prefer that he is Tywin's blood though because of their relationship. (There's actually quite a few differences between the show and the book that are very interesting if you ever decide to read them... And if George R.R. On the flip side I love Davos more and more with every episode he is in 🥰
They would've burned him. But, what I believe she meant when she was just asking for him to be buried was for him to just have his funeral rite done, in this case a burning.
Seriously what other show is gonna make you hate someone so intensely and the next instant make you be the most thankful to them like you do for Mellisandre between the burning and the revival. They got you wrapped around the fingers, toying with your emotions. Fickle. Just like you would not have felt as good about Brienne reuniting with Sansa without the anguish of the previous seasons. All those "almost rage quits". If they'd linked up right away, it would've been just another show. The longer the slowburn was, the more memorable these type of moments became.
Jon is killed in the last book and it's been a long time since it came out, so no one really knows for sure if Jon will be revived in the book too, but most of the fandom seem to think he will be back for very good reason🤐. I'm usually not a big fan of season cliffhanger 'fake' deaths, but I'm fine with Jon being back because of how ruthless the series has been in killing off main characters but more importantly cause this wasn't some retcon shit to bring a popular character back. Jon's demise and resurrection has been in the works since the first 20 mins of the first episode of S1. The puzzle is all there, it just hasn't been put together yet!!!
Last book was released 10 years ago and Jon Snow is still dead. I think it was nearly a 2 year break between season 5 and season 6, at least you only had to wait a few days to find out what happened.
In the books Catelyn also gets brought back from the dead; Beric trades his life for her. Except she's been rotting in the river so long by that point that pretty much her whole personality is gone and all she is capable of thinking of is revenge. So, that's why they had to preserve Jon's body lol.
There is no defense. he didn't have to do it. He chose to do it because he is evil and selfish. Plus, Ramsay was 'legalized' and public so as the elder son he had a higher claim. Then gain, this is Ramsay he doesn't need reasons. L0L
I always thought Jon was coming back. We knew the lord of light could bring people back, so with Melisandre there when Jon died, it just seemed obvious.
Don't feel bad for thinking Ellaria and the whole Dorne revenge plot is stupid. It's the worst adapted part of the show. In the books it's an interesting intriguing storyline
I don't mean to be a downer but Dorne in the show (aside for Oberyn in season 4) is just straight up shit. I literally pretend they don't even exist. So, it's not just you hon, don't feel bad for finding that plot messy because that's exactly what it is, a messy circus.
Hi Maya. Raymond here. First. Let me say.. Happy new Year, and may 2022 be an amazing year.. Secondly.. If im able to, ill jump on patreon (in the VIP Angels tier) if i can. ------------------------------------------- Are you into anime as well, or only TV shows and Movies?? Greetings Raymond.
I always thought it was a little fucked that all these people who knew Hodor when he could talk and knew his birth name just started calling him Hodor, to the point that younger generations, like Bran, didn't know his name was Willis. Like sure all he said was Hodor, but y'all knew his mfing name, why're y'all assholes lololol
Oberyn wouldn't want Myrcella ("We don't hurt little girls in Dorne"), his brother, and his nephew killed. This is ridiculous writing. I mean, I don't mind book changes when they make sense of some kind.
Jaime had sex with his sister in that holy place, so he'd probably spill blood there. It's so weird because I keep thinking how Jaime shouldn't even be there for this plotline.
Yes she was have an existential crisis about her faith. She had multiple failures with the last one being Shareen. Okay now for me to be me again. Crap Jon is alive. That saddens me. At least Ramsey is doing what is necessary to be a good king. Ohh and what you talking about Willis. (That reference is a bit before your time but maybe)
Roose dying like that was kinda disappointing, man was supposed to be a super intelligent tactical mastermind, ain't no way he didn't see it coming that his psycho kid would not try to take him out once Walda had a baby boy
I guess I’m just cold hearted. I cannot forgive Theon idc what he’s been through. He killed those two farm boys. Just because they weren’t Bran and Rickon shouldn’t matter.
Yeah, you are coldheartet. No one in this show is innocent, they all have made bad decisions, and thats the point - every character is “grey”. I think Theon has done more good deeds than bad ones and I actually respect him. He acknowledges the bad things he has done and takes responsibility for them - and best of all, he is sincerely sorry for having failed Robb and the rest of the Stark family. Certainly not everyone has that quality. But thats your opinion, i dont agree with it, but I have to respect it.
There's nothing cold-hearted about thinking about the farm boys. It's okay to think Theon has suffered enough, and it's also okay to not forgive him. It's also possible to do both. There are a few situations like this on the show: Stannis and Melisandre with Shireen, Sandor with Micah, Jaime with Bran, Ellaria with Myrcella and the princes. I'm probably forgetting something. Each viewer should decide individually how they feel, and no one needs to be shamed for it.

@@ashscott6068 Melisandre simply forgot about the weather
@@ashscott6068 It literally makes perfect sense with that the OG comment explained so why are you acting as if it wasnt done on purpose? dumbass.
I still firmly believe that Shireen's sacrifice is how Melisandre was able to bring Jon back to life. "Only death can pay for a life."
Agreed
Yes. I believe that everything she did was for Jon Snow. It seemed like it was benefiting Stannis, but it was always benefiting Jon.
i thought it was to lift the storm and give fairer weather, which it did. But then many of his own men deserted them, and the horses were freed or stolen, so he lost anyways.

Aww shit!! Jon Cena byke!! It's bout to be lit now.😆
In Ramsay’s defence, which I regret taking, he had to kill the baby because it would have more claim to the Bolton throne than Ramsay.
There is no defense. he didn't have to do it. He chose to do it because he is evil and selfish. Plus, Ramsay was 'legalized' and public so as the elder son he had a higher claim. Then gain, this is Ramsay he doesn't need reasons. L0L
he didn't "have to" kill his baby brother...💀
"In Ramsay's defense" are not words that should all be in the same sentence
@@ileamonster hahaha!!!!
They did it solely because they wanted to keep working with Ellarias actress. Bad reason to write a plot line.
Hi Maya. Raymond here.

This reaction was so good to look at even if wrong, so tasty... I need some pizza.
.jons back.!
You should react to yellowstone its all on peacock and the new season is on amazon
22:05 You down bad huh? lol
kinda 🙈
@@MiyaElizabethReacts 💀💀💀😂
Oberyn wouldn't want Myrcella ("We don't hurt little girls in Dorne"), his brother, and his nephew killed. This is ridiculous writing. I mean, I don't mind book changes when they make sense of some kind.
Let's Go!!!!!!!!
LOL you really thought he was dead, and then didnt realize they were bringing him back?
Jaime had sex with his sister in that holy place, so he'd probably spill blood there. It's so weird because I keep thinking how Jaime shouldn't even be there for this plotline.
Yes she was have an existential crisis about her faith. She had multiple failures with the last one being Shareen.
Okay now for me to be me again.
Crap Jon is alive. That saddens me.
At least Ramsey is doing what is necessary to be a good king.
Ohh and what you talking about Willis. (That reference is a bit before your time but maybe)
Buttt, She is MaQween 💁🏾♂️
Can you please react to 'warrior nun', i think you'll really enjoy it😭🔥
Roose dying like that was kinda disappointing, man was supposed to be a super intelligent tactical mastermind, ain't no way he didn't see it coming that his psycho kid would not try to take him out once Walda had a baby boy
Harry Potter please
Say what u will about Joffrey, but this sh*t 11:10 would never fly with him in charge. Tommen is too weak
"What is going on in this episode?"
Well... its called bad writing.
❤️❤️❤️
John a mope the rest of the show.
That's what he lost.
Watching this I can't help but feel that Arya should have gone with Brienne.
😂😂😂🔥
??? i would say Theon has paid more than enough for his mistakes. almost every single character in the show has done worse things than that lmaoo
