From an old man whose suffering hearing loss, wear hearing protection. I was plugging my ears for you as you beat that sheet of steel. Keep up the great work, and be safe!
It’s great to see everything you are attempting to accomplish, Through all the different stages of removing fabrication of new parts and refitting, Exactly how these videos should be shown to the viewers, Not the usual talk talk like other videos, Great videos keep it going 🇬🇧🇮🇪.
That old pin looks like a old cylinder Crome rod I bet if u start investigating u would find out it is from a old cylinder from that machine lol but awesome work man
Just came across you on the extender arm repair on your John Deere, front/rear digger & subscribed. Bit late to comment on this repair, but your doing a great job all round respect from UK, when fitting track pads to chain links, tips to blades or bottom rollers to frames or anything like that, best practice is to remove paint & have metal to metal contact, otherwise when the paint wears off the bolts will come loose. 👍🙏
I don’t know if you go back to old content but Matt on Deisel creek says “a grinder and paint makes me the welder I ain’t “ mind you you do pretty good😊🇬🇧
I did rebuild that whole control system. It was a fair bit of work. I started filming but never made a video because it kind of spiraled out of control. I ended up machining a bunch of stuff, making bushings, replacing pins, etc. Just had to go at it and determine what is making slop and come up with a plan to reduce it.

I agree with you. I need to be better with PPE. Thanks for watching!

Think your awesome, keep up the good work. I've been looking at a John deere 440 Dozer for a while now and love watching the repairs you have done.👍😎
Between you and CEE I've got the whole range of acceptable pin and bushing repair knowledge haha

Great fix, will do the job and get the machine back to work which is all that counts and the addition of paint to finish the job off, well done
Thanks 👍

Love Diesel Creek! One of my favorite channels to watch.
Got some "The Red and Green Show" vibes in the video but killer garage ingenuity yet again!
Again,
great job. It should last a day or two! 🤣🤣🤣
That pin looks plenty stout to me. 👍
Excellent work bud. Dozers gonna be mint when you're done.
Great job sir

Really nice job man I'd be super happy with that
Nice work.
LOL Einstein hairdo! LOL
Great job. Did you rebuild the tower/control that you raise/tilt and angle the blade with?

Only a guy who works on stuff could apply a fortune cooky that says your gonna get lucky, and think the job is going to go good.
🤣
