Well, all the Secret levels have had something to do with the layer. The Prelude is Horror because you're entering Hell, a land where none survive if human. Limbo is puzzles because their typically seen as calm, Lust is a Dating Sim (for obvious reasons), Gluttony (and Heresy) were for story reasons, Greed was Crash Bandicoot because *_money_*, and Wrath was a Fishing Sim (for obvious reasons). With that in mind, what would the Violence layer be?
So is this the exit that could be opened by something that melts metal? It was in the text in 7-1 secret encounter, I also thought it's smth about future weapons
This secret is the secret level entrance for Violence. In 7-2 there are 3 slab buttons just like the ones throughout Limbo that lead to a future alt weapon that's still under construction.
I thought it would be a weapon variant and it would make sense since this is the first layer of last act which would follow a pattern Im sad i wanna have a fucking doom plasma gun for railcannon :(

I mean... I got the idea. It's hinted at in 7-1 that you need something hot enough to melt metal. V1 is metal. You need fire hot enough to hurt you. And the streetcleaners are that.

I immediately thought of the Overheat nail gun when I read the tablet at the end of the secret fight. I did not think of using an enemy.
I thought that or the overheat saw launcher because it said “cut through metal”

I also found that you can also use the virtue’s attack to burn the leaves. I wonder if there are more enemies that can be used to open the path?
Probably Maurice beam, but I think that there's no possible way to get him to the secret door without cheats
