- Today was a good day in the woods with my boys. Our hunt was cut a little short do to soccer games and swimming lessons so me needed to make something happen.

Probably the best video series I have seen. Sharing the hunt with your children is sharing your life’s memories with those who will carry on the tradition to your descendants who you will personally never know. This tradition is upheld by the 2nd Amendment. Don’t allow this fundamental truth to die along with your memory.
Casey, thank you for this addition to the series. My son (3 1/2) and I tune in nightly for our pre-bedtime routine. Both episodes he told me he wants to be just like that boy when he gets bigger (Winston). The most bittersweet moment of heading in to the field for me is leaving that passionate boy at home. Thanks for showing how to pass the torch to the next generation responsibly and multiplying our anticipation for his first elk camp Thursday in one fell swoop.
Your kids need to come with you on every hunt. These are hysterical!
Love antelope for the family factor. By far the best way to start kids getting out. You can make it as easy or as hard as you want. Fun watching the kids enjoy it.
Love to see the kids out there enjoying the outdoors. My son will get to experience it the first time this year. "Boss lady said he had to be 6 lol"!!

Just got done with the general season deer hunt in Utah. The best part about it is the memories I was able to make with my two boys. The get old way to fast. Enjoy the time while you have them around.
Series could end today and I’d be content, and all I’ll remember is Winston’s “ Wow, you can see...... look at those ballsacks” Keep them coming, Casey, I vicariously live through your expeditions to help teach my children about the highs and lows of the outdoors, hunting and life in general!

So far, the best part of all these vids of this season have been “wow, you can see all..... look at that ball sack”!!!!! I died a little. Had to rewind it like 8 times and watch that part! Congrats on the nice goat!!

Pronghorn can run up to 61 mph. They evolved to run so fast because they used to be prey for a prehistoric cheetah. Pronghorn also have excellent eyesight and don't like to jump. I think they're pretty cool eh?

Great time and hunt with the kids. That’s awesome. The antelope can run up to 60mph not 35mph. And a helpful piece of advice is watch your follow through that is why you missed the first shot.
Well...these ones in Idaho with skinny legs and a limp might only hit 35! Ha.
Plus those big ball snacks make it hard to run over 40 :)
LOL. That’s a good thing them moving slower easier to hit. Great caliber for goats by the way. I had a hard time choosing from the 257 weatherby or the 264 win mag. I went with the .264 for my antelope in southern Alberta Canada.

Can you guys tell me what you do with all the extra meat you get throughout the season. Casey I know you have a big family so you probably use a ton but B-Mac and Eric what do you do with the extra meat? Or do you just hold onto it all for a long time and chip away at it?
We have plenty of family and friends who love wild game donations. Some who hunt and some who do not. Plus we all eat a ton of it. It is funny that once people try it who don't hunt suddenly start asking if they can have more! Ha. It's fun to provide it for a diverse group of people we all know and love.

Can run 35hmmmm more like 55 and weird for these 500 yard shots. Antelope are the dumbest animals. I have had them practically run to me or have them run in circles ect. I'm gonna say that in the rut is when the bucks bark trying to attract does. I just know during deer season I have come across antelope bucks barking. Its loud and distinctive. Anyway great shot . I know speed goats will let you get alot closer but long range shot is probably better for meat vs one that runs.
