It wasn't for crying, It was because *he was telling people that it was a mistake* , and that is not what the city wants being spread around because it will make it harder to fight in court. The city will stick to the story (use was within policy), and the cop will very likely get his job back because the dismissal was likely unjustified. Frankly, I can see why the guy was crying. The cops were all yelling which is what cops almost always do, and when they all yell, someone often winds up hurt or dead. I saw a video of a guy that got killed while crawling towards cops because he was getting conflicting instructions. The cop warned him that if he did not follow instructions exactly they would shoot him, but then they kept issuing conflicting instructions. Guy was crying before they shot him because he knew he was gong to die.

He was hired by some big box store to come in an kill birds up in the rafters and I guess he was cleaning his air gun or something. White cop saves 2 girls and James harassing them. How bout guy going wrong way on street kid in car. Cop had gun in his hand pointed at him real nice told him everything. Come to me , I'm patting u down dad could have gun to kid. I'm going to handcuffs u, sit down. Then when all was ok he said taking off cuff started before another cop said it. Then let him call mom.
